I was at Knibbe as a host of 900+ energetic Canadians. Despite cold, wet weather, the crew at Knibbe put on a great event. Food was top notch and included great brisket, ribs, chicken and all the fixin's. Mechanical Bulls, livestock, great dance hall were some of the amenities. The rodeo had to be cancelled due to weather, but they managed it seamlessly. I highly recommend you consider Knibbe for any large group event...hospitality Texas style.

My husband and I went to the ranch as a corporate event for a nearby conference I was attending. This was an absolutely wonderful event! We had so much fun!! The owner did a great job of of entertaining nearly 600 of us! We enjoyed a Texas BBQ, a tour of their grounds, pictures with longhorns, live music, a petting zoo and armadillo races! This was by far a highlight of our time here!

Rodeo, live music, great food and an overall fantastic time. This is a must do while you are staying in the area.

I attended a corporate party at the Knibbe ranch attended by around 900 guests and we had a wonderful time. The event was very well run and I was extremely impressed. When we arrived we had the opportunity to pet a longhorn and take a picture if desired. Our clients loved it! The barbecue dinner was delicious. My biggest challenge was whether to have more if the divine barbecue or move on to peach cobbler! The also had a live band and offered line dancing lessons. We followed that with a mini rodeo with barrel racing, pole bending and trick roping. The night wrapped with a really nice fireworks show. I was very impressed and our clients were still talking about the event the next day. The whole thing was managed very well. I would book another vent event with them in a heartbeat. Thank you Knibbe Ranch group for a fabulous evening!

We visited Knibbe Ranch as part of a corporate trip. The food and service were great, and the other games/activities around the farm were big fun. Armadillo racing is a don't miss!

Private rodeo, band, and dinner cattered by JW Marriott. Was great to meet 5th generation cattle rancher who own and rents out the facility. Great place for weddings, conf. OR any event.

The Annual fundraiser for Bulverde - Spring Branch EMS : "Denim & Diamonds" is held here and the venue is quite delightful. Rustic, but comfortable. The Knibbe's are wonderful people and it is so wonderful that they have kept the family ranch intact and so very functional.

Attended a recent convention at the JW Marriott, and they bused about 1000 people over to Knibbe Ranch for an evening of rodeo, good food, and fun.These people are well organized. Bus unloading was easy and orderly. All the "cast" were in old west garb, and helped out with activities such as running a mechanical bull, a quickdraw competition, holding armadillos, line dancing, photo ops with longhorn cattle. We headed off to a large tent for dinner, which was steaks, chicken, and a wide variety of tasty dishes.We then were treated to an hour long rodeo of barrel riding, drill teams, calf roping and bull riding, which was loads of fun. The evening wound up with a fireworks display which was 5 minutes long but very good. All in all an enjoyable evening out!!!
