My 5 kids are ages 14, 12, 10, 7, and 5. They all love trampoline places and were looking forward to a new experience. They were disappointed at Urban Air in Rockwall because the wasn't a trampoline larger than 6ft x 8ft. Other places we have been had long, wavy trampoline runs that offer more playing options than rectangles. Another letdown was not enough staff to open both dodgeball courts, so the line was long to wait. Only 2 staff were on the trampoline floor, but 3 people were in the greeting and snack area. We won't be back and didn't use the 2 hours we paid for.

I freaking hate dodgeball because I was throwing a ball at kids and what they diside to do is tell the worker or there parents but what they don't know if you play dodgeball they think because there little they don't get hit but overall everything else was excellent!!!

My 10 year-old daughter broke her ankle while playing at Urban Air.She was playing like any other 10 year-old would, but stepped from the padded walkway between the trampolines onto a trampoline that her friend was jumping on.I am sure that kids are hurt in a similar manner on a constant basis. What concerns me deeply is how poorly the staff is trained and how I have now learned they are trained to handle accidents.#1) The facility has only one out-going phone line#2) The one line was inoperable at the time my daughter was injured (or so I was told by staff members)#3) An employee had to use his personal cell phone to call my wife in order to let her know of my daughter's injury#4) The employees are specifically instructed by management to NOT call 911#5) The staff have never received any safety training and there is no safety plan#6) The staff have been told by management to down-play injuries#7) The staff is made up of young teenagers and I only saw one older staff person (the manager) who was maybe 21 years-old#8) Instead of helping my wife get my daughter to our car they were trying to get her to sign a release form of some typeBTW... I have learned the specific information above information from a recent employee and have verified all of these things to be 100% true.Think hard before you take your children to Urban Air.If anything, the lighting is very low level in order for the lighting effects to work, but the lack of lighting is very dangerous in such a potentially dangerous environment. The low light level compounds the danger and obviously having kids running-around and jumping on trampolines in low lighting is a bad combination.I am posting this because I am concerned that a lot of kids are going to get hurt. From what I learned from the former employee the management and owners are very aware of the dangers present at the facility. They are working very hard to downplay the danger of the facility.

The place is small, but there is plenty to do and something for kids of all ages, as well as adults if they are interested. There are wall-to-wall trampolines with a foam pit, an area for smaller kids, and a cage for playing dodgeball. My boys, ages 15 and 9, spent almost the entire 2 hours playing ball. They seemed a bit understaffed the day we were there (a Friday afternoon), but the staff they had were friendly and helpful.

Just went here for some fun with my 12 & 14 year old boys. Exceptionally friendly staff at the front - waiver process was easy & digital. They even gave Us a little extra time since we arrived between the hours! Very clean, great music, and all around enjoyable day.

My kids love Urban Air. They have gone several times with large groups and have always had a wonderful time. We have been here with parents of younger kids and there is a section just for the little ones to enjoy jumping without the worry of getting bounced around by the bigger kids.

I recently took my children to Urban Air with a groupon I purchased. As I sat there watching my kids jump a Lady Gaga song played, then a religious pop song, then a Florida Georgia line song, then another religious pop song. This "playlist" alternated between popular pop songs and religious pop songs the whole time I was there. I asked them to please change the music. To make a long story short, their (employees/managers) are not allowed to change the music. I heard this directly from a manager. I had to sit there and listen to this while my kids jumped and played. They also would not give me a refund. If they would have, I would have gotten up and left and went to another trampoline park. I guess the owners feel its necessary to push their religious beliefs on us and our Children. This is a fun place for kids NOT A CHURCH! Im never going back there with my family nor would I recommend Urban Air Trampoline Park Southlake TX to anyone else.

My grandson had his birthday party at Urban Air today. He along with 9 friends enjoyed it tremendously. Everything is provided for the party except the cake. Birthday person gets an Urban Air t-shirt.The bouncing dodge ball pit was the favorite activity. There were many spotters available to keep all areas free of kids not following the rules. Staff was helpful. We had a wonderful hostess for the party. There is an area for smaller children...7 and under. If there is a negative, I thought the price was a little much. Definitely recommend it for a party, or just an afternoon of family fun.

This review is for the new Frisco Location:On a quiet day over the holidays, a group of ten of us went to the new park in Frisco, hoping for a much better experience than we normally have at a competing Plano trampoline park. And we were definitely pleased with the choice! Very friendly staff, staff that actually cared about mixing older and younger kids in the dodge ball court. The place is brand new, so everything is clean. Only two complaints: really need a carpeted surface in the seating area. Cold concrete floor on bare or socked feet is uncomfortable. Secondly, the small squares for jumping don't allow for acrobatics.

We went during the preschool age only jump time. It was a lot of fun and parents had fun as well. The two year old with us took a 3 hour nap after that visit. Well worth it!

We loved Urban Air! We were in the metro-plex for a family getaway and decided last minute to take our four kids--two 11 year-old boys and two 13 year-old girls. We found a coupon online and wasn't exactly sure what to expect and if it would entertain all six of us for the two hours we signed up for. Well, it did! We all participated and thoroughly enjoyed it as a family. There are multiple areas to experience and we became braver the longer we were there. :) The big surprise: Everyone was having fun exercising! There was a small concession stand and a water fountain. The jumping does make you thirsty and sweaty--so, dress appropriately and stock an ice chest with bottled water for afterwards. My one complaint, is that the staff was not consistent. For example, the one watching the dodge ball area, was on her phone and didn't enforce any rules; the one watching the open jump area, was a whistle blower for every little thing. There needed to be a middle ground...allowing fun, but safely. I highly recommend Urban Air and hope to see one closer to home in the future.

We went using a discount coupon, its a little expensive otherwise. There were regular trampolines, foam pit and dodgeball. Enough to keep people happy for 2 hours. Can't bring your own drinks, and this gets expensive. Was worth it once.

Great exercise and good fun. Also, friendly staff to ensure safety. Different areas for different activities such as dodge ball, ramp jump, big and small kids multiple trampoline squares, etc.

I am a 42 year old man who likes to try new things. I went to the park, walked in and was greeted by a friendly staff. I asked if I could just look around and they asked if I would like someone to show me around. I looked around and decided to give it a try. I signed the waiver and was off. I told a young man named Jonathan that it was my first time and if he could give me any advise. He told me how to jump, answered my questions and encouraged me to keep trying. By the end of my hour, I was exhausted and left smiling. I even did the foam pit where you jump off the trampoline into a giant pit full of foam squares. I had a great time and will definitely go back. The place was clean, I felt safe and I received great customer service.

For the price, it is a FUN way for kids to have a great time. Think about it, most places you will spend 20 dollars for 2 hours of fun (even movies come close, now.) IT is 12 dollars for one hour, 20 for 2 hours. My kids, who are 12 and 17, have a great time there! Their favorite is the dodge ball--while on trampolines??? It is SO fun to watch! Older kids play together, and younger kids get the next game. It is staffed by older teens, but they do a great job of supervising. Book ahead online if you are going during a busy time...that way you will know you get to jump when you get there!
