A friend and I went to Hueble's (Established 1945) for a few games of pool and a couple of drinks. As we walked in (with my friend's dog) we were welcomed by one of the patrons who was selecting music near the front door. We moved over toward one of the two pool tables and noticed a couple of groups at tables inside and several others outside on the patio. My friend started getting the pool table set up and I went to the bar to get drinks and a group of bikers at one of the tables said, "You can bring your pup over here and we'll watch him while y'all are playing pool." We ended up visiting with nearly everyone in the place over the next couple of hours as everyone was super friendly. The inside area was a smoking area and the patio appeared to be non-smoking. There appeared to be people from every different spectrum and walk of life there but everyone was friendly. This is a cash only bar but they did start a tab with no "security". Nice few hours in a historic, friendly bar.
