My kids went to the pool but they not stayed so long because they really didn't like it a lot. It was their first time there and they are expecting a little more.

Took our grand daughter here on an August Sunday afternoon. It doesn't open 'til 1:00 pm. Bear in mind that sheltered tables can be reserved, and shade is at a premium. And while the artificial surface covers everything, it can get pretty hot. Plan on water socks or flip-flops between the features. This is a park for families with younger children. Teens might be a little bored, although the water slide tubes are exciting (if you're over 48" tall -- they DO measure). You CAN bring in an ice chest, which will be checked to ensure there's no alcohol or glass. A small amount of food is sold inside the Center. Arriving early, gave us a chance to "claim" a couple of lounges and move them against the wood fence for a modicum of shade, later in the day.The lifeguards did a good job of watching for unsafe acts (mostly running), and to keep kids away from the discharge ends of water slides. Congratulations to the city of Round Rock for creating an affordable and safe water park.

Loved the lazy river, my 7 y old and I stayed in it the entire time which was about 1.5 hrs. Slides were AWESOME and my daughter normally does not like. The only downside is you have to wear a bathing suit which was an issue for my mom who is a little insecure so she didn't get to enjoy the water.

I took my grandson to this waterpark and after taking a quick look at the photos on their website I thought we were in for quite an adventure. I was surprised at just how small the place really was. Two water tubes, a lazy river, splash pad and small pool and an even smaller concession stand. Even though the admission price was small I don't think we will be going here again.

I took my 2 teen girls (17 &13) on July 4th so it was crowded but still tolerable, people wise, in the lazy river. We got there after 2p so it was just enough time to cool off & enjoy the river before the rain swipe in. There could have been better enforcement on # of ppl allowed in river at 1 time, especially with limited # of tubes available for use. But overall a really fun time in river & on slides. Nice, cheap way to cool off in Austin area. We'll go back if ever visiting during summer again.

They have a lazy river, a nice pool area for children and a slide for teens. They sell cokes and snacks. Go early before 1 p.m. So you can enjoy yourself before it gets too crowded. Very economical.

Okay, I said I absolutely LOVE this place for all ages; well, I doubt that teens would think this was wonderful if not there with a family or friends of all ages as the rides are not for thrill seekers. However, I have been with parties with kids 2 to 16 and adults 30 to 73 and we all had a ball. The senior citizens and all ages loved the lazy river! It is large enough to really enjoy and the water slides, though not REAL high were enjoyed by the kids ages 5 - 16, even some of the 30-ish adults enjoyed them. And bringing your own drinks and food is such a plus, and you can have birthday parties there with the cake and food. Also, they have a rope across one of the pools that the teens and adults had a ball trying to cross hand over hand. Lots of lifeguards give peace of mind also. I even was able to swim laps (though dodging people!) Also, very clean and bathrooms are too. Highly recommend this place!

Has a nice lazy river and two big slides. Lots of lounge chairs and tables. Other people had brought in picnic lunches so I guess that is ok to do. My girls ages 9 got bored after about an hour and a half so we probably wouldn't visit again. They did have a playground and beach style entrance for little ones.I think it was about $5/person.

Small enough that you can relax on a chair and read while still keeping your eyes on your children. Giant pool, 2 large water slides and a lazy river.

Have twin 8 year olds and a 2 year old. Every one enjoyed. Opens at 10, advice to get there early to get a chair. Water was a bit cool. Enjoyed by all.

Great if you don't want to go downtown to the lake and can't afford to travel to schlitterbahn or Valente. Has some slides and a lazy river which keeps the kids occupied for hours. You can find a table right in the middle and keep an eye on the kids easily. They do have numerous lifeguards. Also a generous sized little kid area.

Over about 10 and your kids will probably be a little more bored. It's not a hundred slides, just a couple, but for the price, you get a wade pool, lazy river, and can bring your own food. Not too shabby, Round Rock Parks & Rec!

We went on a weekend, so that may be part of the reason we didn't like it too much. The park was at capacity when we got there so we had to wait in line to get in. Then once we did it was just gross. There were so many people you could barely do anything without getting run into or run over. The water was a murky grey color and smelled bad. My almost 2 year old had a pretty good time till he hit his head on a slide, and the lifeguards wouldn't let us go up on some of the slides with him to help him. We decided after an hour and a half it was not worth the money or our time to ever come back. Well at least we know now.

Great idea to beat the summer heat. Parents can sit under the umbrellas and watch their kids at both the in water playscape and the tube slides.

This pool is fun, for sure, but some of the rules aren't very family friendly. The big water sprinkler house in the middle of the pool, for example... only little kids are allowed on the structure... not even parents can get on to help the kids navigate the structure... DUMB... Also, the 'lazy river' has two sections where water sprinkles down on the floaters... my sensory-sensitive kiddo HATES it... I wish they would turn it for a half hour, for sensitive kids, then back on for another half hour for folks who love it... Over all a great place to cool off in the hot Texas sun, but could be a bit more welcoming for folks of ALL abilities and sensitivities.
