Good fishing here. Nice pier. Too many people at times however, can't find a good spot. Lines tend to get tangled with others.

Enjoy the park and the winter staying in the RV park. Love to watch the fishing boats on the bay. Only downside is the current construction on the bridge on 628.

We have never stayed in the park as campers, but have driven through and walked the trail, looking for birds. This can be a very good site for shorebirds and waders.Bridge repairs in January 2013 are reducing the attractiveness of the site for birds. Let's hope it is only temporary.

there is not much to this little park. it is very dried up and is not appealing. if you are going just to fish it is ok.

This RV park is great. The spaces are are big, there are lots of flowers and shrubs around the main campsites. The staff is friendly and helpful and the park is well maintained. A fishing pier is just a short walk and a boat ramp is close by. Lots of Winter Texans stay here so call ahead during the winter months. There are many amenities not usually found in RV parks.

The park features a large recreational area with plenty of picnic tables and trash cans. The fishing pier is very nice. They have clean restrooms. The boat launch and docks are above-average. The view of the bay is unobstructed.

I'd definitely stay in the RV park if I had an RV-- very nice. The park is smallish, but nice, with a fishing pier, and small but nice beach to walk.

Lots to do at the park and surrounding area. Good location to take a quick weekend trip or longer vacation.
