I was not happy we paid $80 (2 families of 4) to do this, once it was done. I had hoped the money was at least going to a good cause, but it appears it is just for profit. When we walked in, the girl working the cash register looked at us like we were bothering her and there was no greeting whatsoever. There was no one there, that we could see, ahead of us, yet we waited in the lobby awkwardly for about 20 min. I will say the Grinch was an animated, cool guy and he did a nice job. The props and decor were decent and I will say the kids did love it. All in all the tour took all of 15-20min., then we took pics with him for a minute or two & that was it. It was over. Unlike the other reviewer, we were never offered cocoa or cookies. Never saw Max (the puppy boy). There are so many great activities around the Christmas holidays in Palestine, but I'd say skip this one unless you are cool with the price and have low expectations. :(

Very neat! Funny and well worth the $10. They served hot coco and did a tour of the Grinch's home. Max was a little boy in a puppy suit, they had a whoville member as a guide and of course the Grinch! Took a little less then 1 hour, but kids loved it!!
