I am so sorry about your experience when you visited on Saturday. I agree, we were not at our best that afternoon. With icy roads and wintry weather, our guests were typically arriving late and with changes in party size. We couldn’t seem to adapt quickly and confidently in selecting restaurant seating. Confusion regarding group size & seating, flowers, and decorations, all left us looking inept. It was the “perfect storm”, and your group seemed to be in the center of it. I apologize and hope your next experience with “Texas hospitality” results in a much more enjoyable experience than we were able to provide for you.
