Thanks so much for posting a review. This is a perfect use of a public space so we look forward to reaching more people via Tripadvisor. Its always a pleasure meeting the guests who come to meet the artists each month.

If you are in the Shenandoah Valley and driving down 81, or near Strasburg, jump into the Strasburg Town Hall and catch the excellent work of Ann Harrison and Lauren Vaughan. Both artists represent stunning renditions of natural scenery--some as far away as Maine, but all in keeping with the beauty of the Valley.Ms. Vaughan's work in pastels evoke the extraordinary out of ordinary scenes from barns and wooded areas. Ms. Harrison's water colors capture the spirit behind any season, but her depictions of farm scenes in winter light make a viewer want to stop there and look some more. The show is easily accessible as it is right on the first floor of the town hall, and outside the door there are some cute restaurants, galleries and antique stores.

I love going up here and getting a free show, it changes each month and the "curator" does her part to make it radically different from the month before.

This display is composed mostly of world class nature and wildlife photography and is stunning! Definitely worth a visit and surprisingly priced to sell. This is the work of 3 artists, Dawn Miller, Steve Sober and Ken Sullins. I still have goose bumps the day after viewing this work. I was privileged to meet the artists at the opening on March 12th and hear the stories behind the pictures. If this is your "cup of tea" - come on in and enjoy, the water's fine.

Thanks so much, This partnership between Shenandoah Valley Artworks and the Town of Strasburg has allowed for this public display of so many talented regional artists. What a great thing for the town to do for the local and traveling public. It is so nice to see people reacting in such a positive way.

Thanks so much for our very first review. I'm so glad that you enjoyed the visit. This program is a partnership between the Town of Strasburg and Shenandoah Valley Artworks. It began in April of 2012 and is now a permanent display that changes on the first of each month. There is so much artist talent in the Shenandoah Valley and the surrounding area that we feel compelled to bring it to the public. The Arts and Tourism District of Downtown Strasburg is working to bring even more exhibit spaces to the public.
