This is a wonderful adventure that accommodates any age and appetite for something different. I have been many times.... Every time I return invigorated and blessed to live in such a beautiful area. If you have not seen the coast from this perspective you will be amazed at the hidden beauty, beautiful wildlife and the peaceful nature of getting away for a few minutes. As a company or team mini retreat.... It is just what we needed.... Get away... stop for a moment in a beautiful place and talk....clarity of thought without the normal distractions.... A great team building or family bonding moment....A lasting gift from this adventure. I Highly recommend this adventure.... Great for all ages!

My wife and I visited the usual spots like Wiliamsburg and Jamestown but the high light of our week was the air boat ride from Chesapeake Bay Adventures. A GREAT ADVENTURE. The boat was only a year and half old and in wonderful condition. The captain and owner of the boat has lived in the area all of his life. He was willing to answer any and all questions and share his knowledge of the area. We went on a late afternoon trip that provided beautiful sun sets. The wild life made for great pictures. WOW what a trip!! This was on my wife's bucket list and I sure glad she suggested suggested it. When we return to the area we will go out again.

Jamie knowledge of the Chesapeake Bay & history of the areas. We all enjoy the hearing about all the birds. IT’S BEEN CALLED one of the town's best-kept secrets has long revealed its charms to professional nature photographers. Its a must go and see for yourself! Its awesome trip!!! Many sites are designed and managed to allow visitors to view wildlife easily. “It’s very child-friendly." Highly recommend going and checking out.

Jamie is a wealth of knowledge of the Chesapeake Bay and history of the area. The ride gives a different experience versus a regular boat, getting so close to the beaches and shallow areas. He can create a one and a lifetime experience for you based on your needs. Want speed- he will go fast or take it slower for ones who want to enjoy it at a slower pace. Very friendly and definitely fun

We went out this evening for a sunset airboat adventure and we had a blast! Captain Jamie Moore did a great job pointing out all types of birds and wildlife, telling us about Va. History that occurred right there in that area.... All while we enjoyed an exhilarating ride out on the water!!! The kids LOVED it!! Great trip for people of all ages.... You will be so glad you took the time to go!!

An amazing tour, awesome airboat, excellent Captain and tour guide. The ride was exhilarating, the Eco/History information was very interesting. We were very pleased with our choice and will gladly recommend to friends, family and those visiting the area. We took our 11 year old Grandson, he was all smiles, high-fives and knuckle bumps...priceless!

My wife and I went on the airboat tour and we were both very impressed. We knew it would be fun, but not this fun! I recommend anyone thats thinking about going on an airboat to call and schedule today, you wont regret it!

★★★★★ Our group from the Virginia Museum of Natural History just had an eco tour on the Chesapeake Bay Adventures' air boat with tour guide Jamie Moore. It was AWESOME! Everyone should experience it - ride of a lifetime! We highly recommend it. One of the last places in the state of Virginia still virtually untouched by human beings and pollution free. The views are breathtaking. Do this!

Loved the ride! I had children and my 93 year old mother so I was a little worried it would work for all. But the kids loved it and so did Mom! Learned some interesting history, saw some wonderful sights and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience!!!

Capt. Jamie Moore showed my wife and I one of the best times in a long time. Time frame was perfect...not to short and not too long. Capt. Moore not only took us on a very exciting ride, he also shared his knowledge of the Chesapeake Bay and amazing history of the area. With the airboat, we were able to glide across the water, sometimes in only inches of water and giving you the sensation unlike any other type of boat. If you are in the Hampton Roads area, do yourself a favor and give Chesapeake Bay Adventures a call.

My nieces, their family and I took an airboat ride with Chesapeake Bay Adventures. What a wonderful experience for all of us! Jamie Moore is a great Eco Guide. Not only did we get to enjoy the beautiful marshes around Poquoson, but we also saw egrets, herons, bald eagles and many other birds. Jamie also provided a lot of history of the area. My nephews are still talking about the air boat ride. Thanks for a great day.

Captain Jamie Moore shows you a wonderful time! You will feel comfortable aboard his airboat if you have never been on one before! He has a huge passion for the Bay and it's wildlife you can tell! We did a 360 on the boat that was SUPER fun! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fun outing! The boat is FAST, glides across the water seamlessly, and it's SO awesome when you are riding through at times an inch or two of water! You can explore places others can't which makes it a very special boat ride! Great for a couples date night, if you are visiting from out of state, guys fishing excursion, or a girls evening sunset cruise, so many great ways to make the most out of a fun outing for you and your friends, family, and KIDS LOVE IT TOO!!!!

My family and I had the BEST time on this Airboat! I had never even seen one before so this was definitely a real treat. My seven year old daughter was so thrilled to get to wear a headset that she could talk into and hear everyone else talk, too; she thought that was just the neatest thing. She was just smiling, tugging me, and pointing out something! She really enjoyed getting off the airboat and exploring and finding keepsakes, too, like beautiful shells and such...and I loved learning about the ecosystem and the history of the area. It was wonderful for my family and I to get to do something so new and different from anything else. I would definitely recommend you give this a try if you're looking for something different to do that everyone will just love.
