The visitor center in the 1858 railroad station has welcoming and helpful staff and a mini museum. We learned a lot from the locals who are in the visitor center.

Very friendly staff, lots of really good information on the area. The center is in the old Ashland Train Station, trains going by right out front!

Love it when the trains go by! The Center itself has LOADS of information for the area and the staff are very helpful answering questions or giving opinions of nearby places. Found the Trackside restaurant from their suggestions.

Right on the Amtrak line. If you get lucky it will stop for passengers. The kids will love to see the train drive by.
