I did not feel safe there. I was scared to wear my jewelry and felt like I had to be on the watch at night. The last night we were there the computers went down and it took them over an hour and a half to get us cashed out through hand pay. They had one person trying to hand pay the whole floor. From talking to other people, they said this happens pretty often. We ordered room service (just coffee) and it was over $13 and took over 30 minutes to get to us. I would not stay or play there again. There are many other better choices in Biloxi.

A few casinos in Bilouxi are off the main boulevard by the coast. If you need to drive further to lose your money this is one of them. The parking garage can be a frightening experience with cars coming and going in both directions and barely room to pass. The casino floor is the same as all the others, and it seemed a little more crowded.

This casino and hotel are by far the best in Biloxi. Slot games were loose, at least the day we were there, and the hotel is very clean. Service at both was excellent and food was delicious. Would recommend this to be one of your stops in Biloxi, Ms.

Nice place, but small casino. There is a second floor for non smoking. Drink service was prompt, but most of the games were tight or high end from what you would usually pay to play in the gulf area.

Front staff were super nice and friendly. Whenever I walked into the room, it looked nice but then whenever started looking around, it started to go downhill. The bathroom was the worst. First there were hairs in the bathtub, I mean hairs as long as a foot. Then the sink looked like it was barely touched whenever someone just shaved. I found hairs on 5 different towels I had (I was there for two nights), yep, that means I had call and get more towels from housekeeping. Whenever I laid in the bed, it was AMAZING, however, the pillow had hairs on it whenever I lifted it up. So gross. The last night the AC wasn't working for some weird reason and it the room was so stuffy it was horrible. I barely slept. On the positive note, the television was nice, the view was nice. The casino could have more options for gambling whenever you want electronic gaming. I wouldn't suggest staying here.

We only stayed one night and our room was large clean and comfortable. I did not like the poker room. It was smoky, the staff was very unprofessional and only friendly to the locals.

This is an older casino resort and it's getting a little worn around the edges. That said, the casino has the best small denomination video poker odds on the Mississippi coast. Definitely gambler friendly. We love playing there.

We only visited the casino and we didn't stay long. The tables were packed and this one was more smokey than others, though not the smokiest casino I've ever been to. That said, if you want to people watch, this is your place...

I was playing slots today Sunday February 22 and believe it or not this time I actually see a beverage server, I had not seen one on previous trips. I ordered a coke only to find out its Pepsi only in the casino. So the waitress brings my Pepsi she asks me for my drivers license!! I am 23 years old and I showed my card to the casino staff when entering the casino and I am gaming with MY players card. This is ridiculous for someone who ordered a soft drink anyway I asked to see beverage supervisor and they sent out Mr Walter Quinn who did not care at all. The rudest employee in the whole casino. He should care how I feel- as a guest I am paying his salary!Never again will I set foot in ANY Boyd operated casino. I had planned on eating a free dinner at the Italian restaurant in the casino I was offered but, I wouldn't eat my last meal in this place. I am a member at Hard Rock the Smoke free palace the Beau Rivage and the Golden Nugget and Boomtown and Never one time has this happened at any of these places and i travel to the coast once every two weeks. I will be telling all friends and social media of my experience with many one star ratings to come for this place.

This is a class operation. From the time you arrive at valet parking until you pick up your car at departure you are treated like royalty. Check in was fast and courteous. Bellmen took care of our bags in a hurry. Gambling speaks for itself - great casino - you decide if you win or lose. Restaurants were exceptional. Of particular note was the service by Kathy in the High Tide restaurant and Al in the Buffet. The food is high quality and plenty of it. A great experience with some great people. Will definitely be back again.

First time being at this casino so they comp me with Free play and a free buffet. I saw on cable where a new machine of Wonder Woman was being released. IP has it-has four of them. I actually got bonus twice and walked away very impressed. Was on a Casino Junket and believe this was one of my top two Casinos.

The hotel was nice, the staff was great. We had a problem with the TV when we first checked in, but the problem was resolved by the technician that they sent to our room. The Jacuzzi Room is a must! We stay in one each time we visit. Rooms are clean and the entire hotel smells clean and fresh. My husband says they have the best beds in Biloxi. The buffet is great and the High Tides Cafe has the best Potato Soup!

The staff at this place is the real drag. After waiting in line to get my IP card, an elderly man cut in front of me. I patiently waited as he did his business at the window. When he left, I started to walk up and the lady looked at me and put out a sign saying this window was closed, please go to a different area to get service. We ate the buffet which was great! Once again, staffing was a drag. On the desert bar there is an automatic cappuccino/coffee machine. I asked the lady who was stocking the bar where I could get milk/creamer, her English was somewhat broken but I thought she said she would get some. I repeated it back to her to make sure i understood. I was wrong. She made it very clear she would not get it, and if i wanted it that I had to ask my server.I would recommend elsewhere if you are looking for outstanding service; however, the food that was on the buffet was amazing!

Didn't stay here but visited the casino, lots of machines to choose from. Signed up for a players card and got a free buffet. Buffet is very nice with lots of food stations and good food. Seems like the machines here you can play longer on and even come out ahead more than the other casinos in Biloxi. Very friendly staff, would visit here again.

great shows, the best buffet on the coast and some of the best cocktail servers around. its worth a stop in if your in the biloxi area.
