Stopped at this course on a recent trip headed towards Birmingham. Got there late in day but they let me play 9 holes. Wish I could have played the whole course. This course is a lot of fun to play. The front 9 has all sorts of target golf. Not a lot of flat spots in the fairways. They either are uphill, downhill, or side hill. Overall course was in pretty good shape. Staff was very friendly. Would like to play it again to see what the back 9 looks like. To score really well, one really needs some local knowledge. There are places just can't hit the ball and score. Places where you think you have hit a good shot only to find out it ran down a steep hill 150 yards into the water.
