I love the fact that I can park for free and walk a short distance to spend $$$$$. Don't be fooled, it says Outlet but I'm unsure if all stores are actually outlet since some of the prices aren't exactly outlet prices. The variety of stores is nice for now until some of them start to leave after declining profits because I never see customers in a few of the stores. Hopefully, this mall will stand the test.

Visiting family in the area and went to check out this new outlet. It's a beautiful shopping center, and fairly new. Easy to find and located next to the interstate in a nice area of new development in Pearl. The outlet has a good variety of stores, something for everyone. Nike, Carter, Rue 21, Michael Kors, Coach, Lane Bryant, etc. Like any outlet mall, the sale prices are kind of hit & miss. We found a few stores offering great prices which made the trip worth while. However several stores also just had average prices you could find at a regular mall. I'll go back again, it's definitely a nice place to browse.

Not a lot of stores but the ones they have are nice. I didn't buy as much as I usually do. The prices weren't all that great to me. I ended up shopping more in Flowood area; better deals.

In the area on a business trip, my evenings were spent at the outlet mall, GREAT sale prices...really enjoyed my shopping experience in Banana Republic.

We stayed in Flowood and decided to visit since Pearl is close by. The outlet is only about a year old so it is very nice. Hope they keep it up. Would say that they have a nice selection of stores since it is on the small side. There are a lot of restaurant selections close by in case you are looking. We do not do a lot of outlet shopping--but we actually found several good bargains. Be sure to check out their website for the latest new stores since they still have some space to be filled. There was even a nice Mississippi craft store--so you can find very unique local craft items. This was an interesting store for an outlet mall. We even took the time to stop on our way back through the area coming back from vacation. All of the store employees were very nice and took the time to speak to you. We will be sure to visit this mall again when we are back in the area.

A variety of wonderful stores. Some very good deals, especially the Rebook store. My friends had a great time shopping for purses with so many stores to choose from. Customer service coupon book was'nt bad either. Looking forward to my next visit there.

Lots of great stores with great sales. Something for every age group and taste. The food court could use more selections. Everything was very clean.

This outlet center is brand new and is huge. It took me two days to get all of my shopping done there!

The mall is nicely done. There is pieces of Mississippi all designed in it. Several stores here. Any shopper would be satisfied. Clean restrooms and a clean food court area. My favorite spot is the kids area. All the kids stores are all together in one location. They are also right next to a playground, frozen yogurt and the cookie store. Beautifully designed. A must visit!

We were in town for a meeting on Saturday and on Sunday went to this outlet mall. It was a very good experience. With birthday and Chrishtmas coming we took care of a lot of items.

Outlet malls are suppose to offer deals. My wife and I was here the weekend of August 17. I needed new work shoes. I went into sketchers to get some there price was 65 for the same shoes I bought at another shoe store for 45.00

Its the first outlet store in jackson area and it was a blast when it opened. It is child friendly, disable friendly, neat, clean, simple, Mississippi pride and order. There is a play ground for kids and family, little food shops and snacks, benches everywhere to rest from strolling, very tending maintainance officers, sherifs for security, and vending machines and oh, the restrooms are very clean, and well maintained. I never ever found any of the restrooms lacking tissue or lacking handsoap-no not at all. It may not be as big as some other places' outlet malls but cleanliness is definitely a plus. I could've given a 5 star rating but it lacked one thing that could keep people from coming back... it is somekind of an activity area. Where they can (e.g) invite local singers to perform, NGOs having fun activities during seasons, some type of entertainment showcases or whatever. That could definitely attract more people.

I use to love shopping the kids stores but now when I take my grandsons to try on clothes they want to do nothing but ride the OVERPRICED coin rides now covering the mid section of the kids section. They have a nice little playground for the kids which was great for one person to shop and one to watch the kids and then switch out. We'd pick out what we wanted and call the kids in to try them on. But when we go now all my money goes in those rides, no money for the shops or even Toy's R Us.Only four food vendors in the Food Court and the Restrooms are a fair walk down a long hallway with an exit door close by. No security back there, only cameras. Not really what I would call Outlet Prices, more like a street mall, normal prices except Toy'sRUS which are higher than most other stores in the area, but they have such a horrible selection it really doesn't matter. I've gone into most of the stores and haven't been very impressed with any but the children's clothing stores and the kids love the Cookie Store next to the play area.

I am so excited to live so close to the outlet mall! My wardrobe has gotten cuter without killing my wallet. I love all of the stores! I'm looking forward to seeing more developments like this in our city!

You name it, its here and great pricing.. Tommy Hillfinger, bought 2 great shirts for 50 bucks. Tennis shoes were 1/2 price at Nike..Deals everywhere. I'm scared to go back...to many deals. Wife even found some NARROW size 9 1/2 at Naturalizer..You never find NARROW womens shoes?? anyway...take a trip on the wild side..bring your wallet...its fun.
