white mule winery

First I would like to say the White Mule has my vote for the best port in the Mid Mo area.. this includes Herman and Augusta regions. It is brewed in nice oak and they even let you sample straight from the tap of an oak barrel.. This Port is always in my rack.Now for the rest. this is is a lovely little country winery with a Farmhouse bed and breakfast on the premises. They are incredibly family friendly, bring your kids and let them run in the large yard outside the winery.The customer service is always great the owners are always glad you came to visit.. its like visiting a favorite aunt and uncles.. who just happen to make wine for you to take home.They have a nice indoor seating area and a fabulous outdoor pavilion you can rent for special events.. Friends of ours did a book signing there and it was wonderful.Lastly if you plan on staying in the area for the night.. their bed and breakfast is a nice place to stay.. hosting 4 rooms of various sizes, old country charm and a great Biscuit and gravy breakfast.. Myself, my wife, our daughter and our author friends family loved our stay in this nice little B&B.
