Beautiful park for family fun. You can feed the geese or take a mini train ride(if you are there on the right day) walk along the water with your sweetheart. There is very well maintained play equipment for the littles.

Rothwell Park has made improvements over the years. There is a dog park there, walking trail and plenty of shelters and playgrounds. With a phone call to the park ranger and small fee, a pedal boat can be rented for at least an hour. Bathrooms are usually decent. Littering has been known to be an issue. There is a free fireworks display put on for the 4th of July, which is decent. It isn't the most scenic (prefer pretty gardens, more trees) but it's getting better. Overall, it's a nice place to think, let kids play. Fishing is an option too.

Rothwell Park is a wonderful park for a small town.....outstanding. The General Omar N Bradley Memorial is very impressive!
