Patsy's has went downhill pretty bad in the years that I have been going there. After my last experience, I don't think that I will be going back. I had family visiting from out of state, so when they were asking for a good place to go out I thought of Patsy's. It was a complete disaster. My fries were still frozen in the middle. One of us had ordered open face roast beef which came out cold, and came back cold again after sending it back to the kitchen. Finally, I walked back there and microwaved it myself. The steak that one of us ordered was paper thin and was a poor imitation of the money we spent on it. Overall, I will never recommend this restaurant again after this experience and chances are slim to none that I will ever go back.
