All of the exhibits were very interesting and had lots of easy to read documentation. This would be a great place of adults or children. The staff is also very attentive and able to further explain the museum.

Cool place to get your history lesson about the area. Its not to big but full of information and its free. Great to do on a rainy day and right downtown.

This is a very nice, well-presented small town museum. Well worth a visit. They have several location exhibits on Michigan history downstairs including houses that you can walk into. Upstairs they have special exhibits, and some more displays, such as an old fashioned doctor's office and soda fountain.

We stopped at this museum to pass time while we waited for the Musical Fountain show. The place is super cute and it has several set ups of how things use to be back in the day. On the 3rd floor there were some beautiful paints of Native Americans. Overall good time!

Interesting but small museum focusing, but not exclusive to, local history. Certainly a good way to spend some time when the weather is less than perfect or just when you need to be out of the sun for a bit, and runs on donations instead of a fee.

Free admission, right downtown - a couple of blocks from the waterfront. ALWAYS good exhibits. A great place to spend a bit of time out of the sun or rain, or just to quiet down. The depiction of local history and living conditions of the past are very interesting. GO!

Stopped in this summer to see their Mammoth exhibit which has now moved on. We were floored by this little museum with something for everyone. Ran out of time to see everything so went back later in the day to finish it. Amazing that it is FREE. Going back this winter to see what is going on.

The museum at Christmas displays beautifully decorated trees which are decorated by the local Tri-Cities Garden Club members.

First; you can't beat the price, and second it is a nice little museum. If you like handmade ship models this should be on your list, there are lots of really great ones. Don't forgrt that this mueseum is in two locations. At the foot of the main street right at the river and also two blocks up the street.

A nice collection of local history. We went on a day that was a bit rainy. The staff is friendly, it's very clean, and the AC feels great. Because it's free you can stay as long or short as you like. I recommend stopping if you need a break!

We couldn't believe it was free. We easily would have paid for the experience. Don't miss this one...well worth the trip

I really enjoy the Historical Museum! It's a great way to spend a rainy afternoon or to get out of the heat. You learn while you explore the exhibits and the staff is really nice and helpful.
