This is a great course. Scenic views of Lake Michigan. Beautiful course, nice pro shop and food. People were really nice even gave me a free cup of coffee. Can't beat that! Would definitely go back. Love the one hole where you stand about 3 stories up above the green - Par!!!

This course has stunning views from every tee box. We love this course. One of the tee boxes is the highest point in Emmett County and you can see Petoskey, the harbor and Lake Michigan. It's beautiful.

This is the first course we play when Up North. It is Tough, Long, well cared for, fun and humbling. I love it but it hates me. Not cheap (we will pay $79 each tomorrow on a Monday) but I don't ever feel ripped off..... Just beaten up by a GREAT golf course with astounding views.

The course was in great shape. For $60, I felt it was a great value. Friendly staff, beautiful views. As it's on the hills above the bay, there are many uphill and downhill holes. Make sure to set the parking break on the cart!

Played here with my 11 year old son, who is a little better than a beginner. The course was what you'd expect for an "Up North" course, very hilly, tough greens, great views. Tough enough for me, but, I was able to allow my son to play it, too by teeing him off from the fairway,The real treat was the staff. The starter engaged my son & gave me some pointers on where to tee him off from. We saw the ranger several times throughout our round & he was very polite, even telling us that he had told the people in front of us to speed up, though we really weren't delayed much (Played 9 holes in 1:45). When we got done, we had lunch in the restaurant. The bartender made my son a free non-alcoholic "Shirley Temple" type drink & engaged us in conversation the entire meal, though they were busy with a large group on the patio. To top it off, we ran into the starter on the way out to our car. Not only did he remember us, he specifically asked my son how his round went & even remembered his name.Overall, it was a great experience, made better by extra friendly staff. Anyone who has golfed with children before knows that isn't always the case at all golf courses.

It is a little bit of a drive and it is not on the water. However the view overlooks all of Little Traverse Bay. The food is simple- good sandwiches, well made drinks and lots of tables outside. It is windy so high up but we enjoyed it.

Great views of Little Traverse Bay while golfing. The restaurant is good and friendly staff. I must for me during the golf season. Accommodates leagues and individual golfers

Beautiful course off the beaten track. I played 7 courses while up in northern Michigan a week ago on my annual late September golf trip to this area playing courses like the Wolverine and Bear at Grand Traverse, Forest Dunes in Roscommon, Arcadia Bluffs and several others and to me, Little Traverse Bay was on par with Shanty Creek's Cedar River course for playability, enjoyment and difficulty. Arcadia is still the gold standard for Michigan courses but there are so many others in the state that, while maybe not as difficult, offer golfers a terrific day of enjoyable golf--- and Little Traverse Bay is definitely at or near the top of that list! Excellent pro shop and restaurant as well.... Well worth making it a must play for serious and casual golfers

We (12 of us) had a 2 hr rain delay but we used that time to shop, eat lunch, and chat with the pro shop staff. The course is beautiful with lots of elevation changes and bay views. Fun for all handicaps.

Beautiful views over looking the golf course and Little Traverse Bay. You can eat on the patio or in their formal dining room yet jacket and ties are not necessary. I Highly recommend the planked white fish as well as the chicken Leelanau but everything is nicely prepared.

One of the family's favorite places to play golf with fantastic views of Little Traverse Bay. The greens are the hardest part of the golf game and some of the holes are challenging. Very, very clean and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays there is a reduced price when playing 18. Haven't eaten at the restaurant lately but have before and you can't ask for better service with a view. Beautiful place for a wedding. So if your looking for a wonderful golf experience with a view and a great restaurant with outdoor seating stop by Little Traverse Bay Golf Club you won't be disappointed!!
