There's a splash pad for little kids during the summer months. There is a fee associated with that and it's only open during (quirky) certain hours but if you happen to hit it just right, your little ones will love it. For the bit older kids there's a play structure. There's also pavilions, lots (and lots) of trails, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, etc. A sledding hill in winter is also there. Typical Michigan park.

This place has a splashpad in the summer, and sledding in the winter. It's a great place to have a picnic, walk (with dog or without), bike, watch a game (I've seen mostly baseball or softball games there). There are also pavilions for parties or get togethers. Not sure how much to use the pavilions or ball fields, they don't make it easy to get that info online, you have to call. The newest addition to the place is a dog park, and I plan to check it out very soon!

The trail at this Park along with the other features is what keeps me coming back with my family. This Park is always clean and offers several options to enjoy nature and sports.

Fields were too close together. Not enough room for spectators to watch softball on both sides of some of the fields.

This local park offers a welcoming place for a walk, nature observation, sports, or just sitting and reflecting, reading, or talking with a friend. A variety of habitats for those who enjoy nature.

I remember the days when Flint had several nice parks e.g. Kearsley, Lincoln (Broome), Farnumwood (Freeman), Civic, Whaley, etc. But those days are long gone. However, Grand Blanc has put together a really nice park system with Bicentennial being their crown Jewel. They offer several baseball/softball fields, soccer fields in the back, a splash pad in the summer and sledding hill in the winter (with warming station I might add). There are trails for biking and running/walking that snake throughout the park. Playgrounds are small but still nicely kept up. There is one large pavilion that can be reserved for events with another pavilion coming in 2014. Places in the park are kept natural too. A small pond on the East side of the park offers a relaxing area to feed the geese or just spread out a blanket and relax. What was once a roller hockey rink/tennis court is now being used for 3v3 soccer since it is fenced in. There is ample parking, public rest rooms and groomed gravel roads. I have not noticed any real concession stand and you really don't see the park employees very much at all. Rumors are always floating around about new things coming or possible expansion but it is a very nice park as it is. I'm glad to see GB has something as convenient and well kept for our community.

This is a wonderful park for children and the family easy to get to from the interstate. There is a smaller, but nicely build, playground with nice climbing ladders, slides, and bridge-like walkways. Easy for very young to young kids. There are benches next to the area for parents to relax while watching. In warm weather there is an inexpensive water park. This rubber matted fenced in area is especially fun for little ones. There are a couple control stations for the kids to restart the water sequences. Again, there are several nice benches for parents.A large covered picnic shelter, perhaps more than one, gives a great place for groups. This park is connected to a large trail system for running or hiking. Paved and wide enough for folks to walk side by side.In the winter, the park has a sledding/ tobogganing hill with a closed "shed to warm up.All in all a great little park! Be sure to check out Physicians Park, near the center of town, & Rust Park, just east of town a few miles away. The folks in Grand Blanc are quite friendly and welcoming to visitors.
