We have always enjoyed the beautiful horticultural gardens at MSU. These are gardens that rotate with the seasons, so there is always something new to see. It has been a long time since our last visit, and a lot of nice additions have been added. There are now paved walkways, with very nice lighting, and handicapped accessible. Still nice thick green lawn areas, too. A babbling brook with bridge, art, signage, hard landscaping, have all enhanced the garden experience. Many benches, but more would be nice! A great place to spend a couple of wandering hours. Children's Garden adjacent. Newer, larger parking lot, with lighting. There is a port-o-potty located here, but bathroom is available in Soil Sciences Building, when open. There is also a drinking fountain outside the same building. Highly recommend!
