I had my son's 13th birthday party at Sky Zone yesterday. Our party was consisted of 14 teens with age ranging from 13-18 years old and all of them had a blast. Having a private dodgeball court made it more enjoyable for them. The package was a little overpriced, $375 for 15 jumpers for 2 hours, but it was well-organized and our party host, Nikki, was very helpful. Just make sure that all your guests arrive 15-20 minutes early so everyone can be checked in and your party can start on time. Overall, pricey but worth it. Will definitely do it again.

This location is a fun location to have an early teen party. Smaller kids need to be supervised because it gets a little crazy with the older kids. The trampoline time is short for what it cost but it's a good place for a birthday party where you can let a bunch of kids burn off steam & leave afterwards with no clean up. The pizza is also pretty good, not sure where it comes from.

Just wanted to put out there about this horrible experience I just had. Brought my kids (4 and 1.5) to jump today and I was not allowed to jump with them. I get that they dont want 17 year olds jumping next to toddlers, but usually those rules dont apply to parents of children. Their response to me was well you can go on the other side of the court if you like. That is at least 200 yards away and not realistic for me watching the little guy. At only 19 months he really can jump very well and this is why I brought him. The worst part was I asked for a refund and they said sorry they are already jumping. So I drove all the way out there and then because my kids jumped for 10 minutes before I found out that I was not allowed to be with them, I cant get a refund so I can leave????They tout themselves as a family place but that only works if your family members are all over the age of 16 apparently. Please boycott them, they deserve it. Oh and the prices are INSANE

This place is very fun for kids all ages! I went there twice and loved it every time! It's even good for adults! Prices are reasonable somewhat. But for a birthday party, great idea! I wouldn't bring kids below 5 because it gets a little dangerous with everyone jumping around.

We held a party there for a group of 35 teenage boys and they had a blast. Wasn't sure if it would be too kidish, but it wasn't at all. I think it helped that it was a week night and our group had the place nearly to themselves. The staff did a nice job arranging for pizza and drinks and they have great pricing for tax exempt groups.

I took my nine year old twins and five of their friends. We had a reserved spot on a busy Saturday in March. We got into the place thirty minutes ahead, got checked in and got our bracelets and socks. From then on it ran like clockwork, with everything happening exactly when and how the check-person said it would. I found the place to exceptionally well run and clean - especially for a place that is serving 100's of kids in a day. The staff was attentive, helpful and friendly. I had 7 nine year old boys with a range of physical abilities and every one of them said it was the best party they ever went to. We did not eat there - we had another place planned for lunch after - but we did see several parties going on in different locations with your typical water bottles, cake and pizza. We did a one-hour jump and I think that was the perfect length of time. The kids were sorry for the hour to end but they also never got bored. Best part - they all fell asleep on the hour drive back to my house! Parents were calling me for the days after saying their kids had so much fun.

I fell in love with Skyzone the minute I walked in. Dodgeball is the BEST and the foam pit is amazing. The bathrooms are clean and the attendants at Oaks are very nice. Basketball is also enjoyable. My only problem would be that the Oaks facility is small and no outside food is permitted. They take outside food seriously. Their health drinks and green teas are AMAZING and light.

My fiance and I took my 8 year old daughter here on a Friday night. It was crowded with a lot of teenagers. Hey, rather have these teenagers at a trampoline park than doing other stuff they shouldn't be. So.. although it was crowded - my daughter had a great time! Workers said that the best time to come is in early morning/afternoon. So I'll take their advice next time we visit. Locker rental is 25 cents - you open the locker.. you'll need another quarter to relock it. Bathroom facilities were really nice. You can hold birthday parties and have your own private jump area.

Jumping on trampoline in general is a great activity. I've been to such places in different locations, and, comparing to others, this one appears to be overcrowded. Also, there were birthday parties, so a few areas were only for private events, leaving the crowd with even less options. As a result - longer lines and waiting times. Timed sessions do NOT ensure that there's plenty of room for everyone. I've seen people jumping w/o stickers or wristbands. I assume timed session policy is well declared, but not enforced.

Worth going! Fun for adults and kids. Would give 5 stars other than it got really crowded towards 2:30 p.m. We paid for the 2 hour jump time from 1-3pm and it was good when we showed up at 1:00pm...But then got real busy to where we barely had any room to jump at one point. I would suggest going before noon if possible maybe that would help. We did go on a Sunday too so that could have been a reason, plus all the birthday parties they had. It was very fun though and i would definitely go again!! They have dodge-ball, Foam pit to jump into, and trampoline basketball. Very fun!

We recently had my son's 8th birthday party here and everyone seemed to have a fun time. After an hour of jumping around, kids were tired, including the adults that decided to join in on the fun. Our package included a dedicated dodgeball court, so it was nice that we had that area to ourselves. If the kids get tired of playing dodgeball, then they can go play basketball or jump into the foam pit, but you'll have to join everyone else, which means likely having to wait in line. If the place is busy, your hour can start dwindling pretty quickly. After an hour of jumping, you head to your dedicated party room where you can eat food and cake. The pizza comes from Bertucci's and you can pick up to four different drinks from a selection of a dozen or so. You can order their cake or bring your own, which is the only outside food that is allowed. We were also allowed to put up a few decorations in the room. When your guests arrive, they head to a dedicated check-in area for your party, where you sign waivers (if not done previously online) and get either SkyZone shoes or socks. Everyone is our party opted for the socks, which you keep and can bring on your next visit. All the guests also get a sports bottle with a coupon inside for a free 30-minute jump sessions. The birthday person also gets a Skyzone shirt. Overall, the event was well run, but we did encounter a few issues. Our party package included the party room upstairs, but since we had a wheelchair bound person and there were no elevators in the place, we requested a party room on the first floor. We actually requested this about a week before our party and it was confirmed, but for some reason, they set us up in the upstairs room. They quickly resolved the situation for us by moving everything around, but not sure how we wound up in this situation in the first place. We also had an injury with a 1.5 year old on the trampoline and 911 was called. Several people came over to help with the situation, and I thought they handled it very well. Unfortunately, with trampolines, accidents are going to happen. By son had a great time and his guests all seemed to enjoy it as well. We will definitely go back just on our own to do some open jumping.
