It was the second time in four years I have been in Maple Grove race track.A great place.NHRA always beat some speed record there. But the installation must be upgrade.Toilet is a problem. They have to pay a guy to give you paper towel after washing your hands.Seriously, toilet there are a great problem.Parking is great, but be careful, it's not anymore free.Other track, like in Englishtown or Epping have many free parking around.A place to improve but always great to watch NHRA there.

It is a nice place to go to if you are into Cars & racing if not then don't go also alot of loud noise so if you don't like that then it is not for people that don't. I love to see people race & have fun so I go to see it all also that is the place to race not on street where other people are to do there everyday thing like some people do & then wind up killing someone for the stupidity so if you are a person that like things like racing stop on over to Maple Grove & see for yourself.

Have waited 40 years to attend a NHRA championship event, finally made it. Access and facilities were excellent but you need a cushion! The racing was fantastic

I attended the American Muscle all Mustang show at this raceway. It was huge enough for well over 2,500 pre-registered Mustangs as well as a few thousand more that showed up. There were about forty vendors as well as food vendors set up. It is located in the middle of "noplace" and a perfect location for the event I attended. I used to drag race here about forty years ago and it still looks the same. A very well kept property and I will be back next year if they hold the event here again.

IF you like car racing, this top dragstrip track has some of it all .AMBLE PARKING IN Adjacent fields. Suggest you bring ear plugs though!! Some special event weekends - so check the website; Super Chevy; Fords; Keystone Nationals; just no NASCAR.

I have gone to the Auto-Plus Nationals (N.H.R.A. Mello Yello Drag Racing Series) for the past 3 years and had a great time, but I know things could be better. Watching the drag racing, especially when they are breaking national records (most years) is fantastic, I had the opportunity to spend time with some of the drivers and we had a blast. But the staff do not keep the park cleaned up too well (like Raceway Park in Englishtown N.J.), especially the bathrooms, and yet they want you to tip the attendants.

Drag racing you have to love it to drive 8 hours from Montreal to Reading PA just to watch TOP FUEL and FUNNY CARS rip down a 1/4 mile track. HELL YA I was telling my son that you have to see top fuel dragster up close and personal to really get the full experience. So after spending the day at the track with my son. I asked him what did you think? WOW they are damn fast & loud, it's in sane the speed they hit in under 4 seconds Like any out door event you go to be prepared make sure you have money for drinks, food because its not cheep but well worth itWe saw a few people having tail gate BBQ parties when I go to an event like this I prefer to just buy my food there it's a little pricy but no head aches of what to bring with you road trip with my son to maple grove raceway PRICELESS We were there October 5 2013

Maple Grove Raceway is located within 30 minutes to Reading PA...it's mainly a drag strip, but also features "car show" weekends and other events. Mainly I have visited more than a couple of times to the NHRA Nationals that occurs every year. What a great experience.

My family and I had a great time at NHRA. We chose to pay for parking so we could tailgate. The lot is near the entrance, so we were able to head to the parking lot when there was time. Check out the bar across the street - fun times!

We the party of four spent the three days at the race track for the NHRA road to the championship. We arrived Friday morning at the track for a full day of racing. When we entered the grounds for parking, we found that the so call free parking area was full. We were directed to go to the next area to find out that once you drove in, there where attendants waiting with their hands out looking for money in the sum of $10. I inform the guy that we were sent here to park and that I wasn't paying $10 a day to park here for three days. We had already dished out $612 for tickets.I made a u-turn and we went back to the other area. We could see lots of open spaces but the attendant said that the grounds were wet and we couldn't get any more cars in but yet we watch other cars go in pass the full sign and park. We were directed to go up the road and park at a ball field which was a hike to get back to the track. No shuttle on the first day so getting back to your car after walking around all day with merchandise was a hike. The parking was a joke. Even if you wanted to park behind the pit area which was a distance, you still had to pay $10. The local people were charging $5 to park in their yard, and that was closer. You don't put an added fee's on to your fans who have shelled out a lot of money for tickets. That is just plan greed on the track part. If you have to go here be prepared to get there at 7:30 in the morning to park free for the day and wait for the gates to open at 8:30. If you get there at 9:00 bring lots of money or hiking shoes. On another note also bring lots of change for the bath rooms. I guess the attendants don't get paid so they let you know by yelling it out to get tipped. If you have a weak stomach, don't go in the main buildings, used the portable ones because the attendants sit and eat right in the toilet area. Overall the race was good but I won't be traveling back there. The room prices, the gas, the tickets and then parking fee's, it's not worth it.

Seemed like we drove way out in the country then wow there is a raceway! It was an awsome time watching that kind of seed and power on the track. Only down side of the place was the restrooms. Food as always at sports events was high but not more then most places. Seats where good but for just metal bleachers i would have hoped for more full track veiw.
