I think its time to fix some of the broken games...or better yet change them up and get some modern stuff in there.I played the pinball machine...with one flipper. The place just doesn't seem to be maintained like it was when it opened. The bar area looked ok still though. Maybe thats what they're focused on more these days. My guess is that it wont be around much longer.

I was with a small group of four people total when visiting this place. We had planned on bowling primarily, as well as grabbing some food and checking out the arcade. Unfortunately... some poor customer service really impacted our time there, and none of us will be returning. We first sat at the bar downstairs to grab drinks while we all waited to meet up. Nice atmosphere, good pricing, happy hour drink specials, etc. However, it isn't clear what exactly is on the specials, as my friend found out the hard way. Their list doesn't show a difference in pricing. We decided we were hungry and grabbed a booth right next to the bar in the same area... only to find out that some of the food specials only apply if you are literally sitting at that bar, not right next to it. When we had finally ordered after waiting a long time for a waitress to acknowledge us, we ended up getting our meals BEFORE the appetizer. We went over to try and get a lane to bowl around 7 pm, and were handed a buzzer like we were at a restaurant and told we would be buzzed when a lane came available. This triggered us into checking out the arcade. Fun, but some games were having issues working.By 830, we went downstairs to see why we hadn't been given a lane yet. We were met with no answer, and basically ignored. They suddenly received a large reservation around and proceeded to herd people off lanes in order to accommodate the reservation (that they clear had not been planning to handle). After giving away basically all the shoes they had to the reservation, we insisted we know when we would be placed on a lane. Over an hour with no answers was really not acceptable. They told us we could go on a lane to play but they had a reservation coming and we wouldn't even make it through the game in the time slot left. Then they also told us to just wear our regular shoes since they didn't have any left. That was the point when we turned around and left. If you wish to go to this place, make a reservation in advance and hope they honor it, but know that they will be delivering very poor customer service to everyone else in the mean time.

A nice time for a family time out but most of the games didn't work right and you have to use so many tokens to play some of the games so it isn't a deal.

I've been to this place to bowl with my fiance. And I've also been here to play in the arcade with my younger cousins. It is a playground for people of all ages. At night time, the sports bar serves a good pour and the bowling is a must, with great music. I also noticed that they've gotten a lot of new games in over the past year. Best date spot ever!!!!!
