This is the worst Casino ever with the worst service ever. Let's start with the OTB. Rude employees that don't care. They just sit there and talk to each other. No wonder there were only 3 people in there. I-Mac Casino has been deconstructed to a bare minimum of old and broken down machines. More employees than patrons in there. Main casino is really nothing special. Very old and boring machines. Not that big either. Went to food court and ordered a sandwich from the bores head deli. I was the only order and it took 25 minutes to get. If this casino was in Vegas, it would have closed 15 minutes after it opened.Terrible service. Employees that don't care. Old broken down machines. Don't waste your time. Awful!

Was the worst casino experience ever for bingo! Drove 2 hours for the bash and their bingo computers had major issues for hours and hours... We were not refunded for out buy-ins after they proceeded to only play paper!! Poor customer service, one of many complaints in their pile from the day, never again, ever!!!!!!

The new restaurant in the Mason street casino is very good, food is excellent, service is very good. we had a BBQ sandwich, burger, both were great. drinks were large and well made. good atmosphere and sports on many TV's. Won some money so we will return.

at least in the midwest. Food was OK, room was OK. Nothing really wrong but nothing memorable when trying to compare it to Vegas.

The games looked nice and clean and so did the rest of the casino. But the smoke chased us out in a very short time. I don't have an issue with the smokers since almost all casino all it, but the casino could do a much better job of filtering the air for the majority of us who don't smoke.

We intentionally stayed at the Radisson for the Casino and thought that it would be fun to play some games the night before the game. I'm not really a gaming enthusiast but like to casually play from time to time when the amounts are reasonable. The casino is large and has ample opportunities but the minimums are too high ($15 for black jack). I know these places need to make money but why on earth is the one $15 tables packed while several $25 tables remain empty. Just kinda ruins the opportunity. The place is smoky and it didn't seem well staffed. I would not make this a priority.

I could write 5 pages of complaints but I will keep it short. I did walk away with almost $1000.0o but ONLY because I can play cards (poker) If your a slot player plan on not winning. A lot of the staff is rude but not all.

There are actually multiple locations for gaming in Brown County. There is the Airport Casino at 2020/2100 Airport Drive. Behind it to the west is the Radisson Hotel and then the Bingo/IMAC casino just to the west of the Radisson. there is additional gaming available at 2514 W. Mason Street in Green Bay. All of these are part of the Oneida gaming experience. There is a great new country restaurant at the Mason Street location, and the new Lombardi Grill at the airport location, along with three other dining options within the airport casino. Food is pretty good, but I like the Mason Street branch the best. Remember, this is gambling, so don't expect to win a ton of money, although someone usually seems to. It's great fun, with areas designated non-smoking so you can breathe easier while trying your luck. Play poker at the airport site, bingo at the IMAC, or just settle in at Mason Street and try your luck at the new games.

If you're looking for table game action. Competent, efficient, close to Straubel Airport. Not much stands out--food, amenities, etc. are all resolutely average, perhaps because that's sufficient in this market. Very crowded blackjack on a Saturday night; no seating alternatives to a night-long very cold table.

This casino was conveniently located. Staff was friendly, casino was clean. I've always heard so much about Oneida casino. When I finally got there I was surprised since it was nearly as big as I thought. There are several places to eat here, which is a nice change as most area casinos only have 1 or 2 places to choose from.

Won a jackpot on slots many yrs ago but the machines seem tight. There are plenty of them, a parking ramp and good food in the restaurants so it's worth the stop.

We had a really good experience except for our last day 11/10/14 AM, we decided to go play bingo and the two workers at the counter were extremely rude and NOT helpful even after we stated 2 times we haven't been here in a few years and asked to be patient with us. Will think twice about going again!! The rest of the staff was helpful & friendly!!

Easy to get lost in this large Vegas like casino. Surprised they allow smoking inside, but it seemed to be ventilated well. We sat in the bar area and enjoyed the one man band/singer. Enjoyed our time here.
