warner memorial park

This is a great place to take your dog for a walk! Access from Ft. Riley Blvd just Miller Park exit. Take the first right and then an immediate left to dead end in the parking lot for this park. Take a right on Gently rolling hills with some trails (not handicap accessible) to jog on. Nice place for a picnic, but you can't take your vehicle in the park. No restrooms or water either. On the low side (take the road above the Target parking lot) to a challenging Frisbee golf course. There is also a GREAT trail through the woods here with historical markers telling about the trail to Ft. Riley in the 1800's.
