Guides were knowledgable, very competent, personable and a lot of fun. The course was fun and exciting. We took advantage of the 2 for 1 Valentine's Day special which was very affordable. Highly recommend!

They use only the best equipment, and the guides were amazing! Would recommend Highlands Aerial Park to anyone traveling anywhere near Scaly Mountain.

My 10 year old son and I decided to do the full tour for his birthday (you can't go up until you are 10 years old). He was a little anxious, but the guides explained perfectly how to put the gear on and how it works. The guides were concerned that he might not be able to stop himself on the lines, but paid close attention to him on the first three lines to make sure he would be able to do the 1/4 mile long one. It was so much fun. And we both had a huge sense of accomplishment for facing our fears. My 6 year old daughter went on the Brave Indian lines for the little ones and had a great time as well. They both wanted to go back the next day :)

Our family of 8 decided to try this over Christmas break..I, however, had no intention of zipping. The wonderful lady who checked us in encouraged me and at the same time assured me that it was okay to not participate. I chose to do the first three lines. Our guides, Tracy and Karly were just as encouraging and reassuring. It was all about safety first and having a good time. Because of Tracy and Karly I was more at ease and after the first three lines, I decided to finish the course! Best decision I ever made! It was AWESOME!! Definitely do not miss this experience...and ask for Tracy and Karly! Our entire group had the best time...will definitely do this again. The entire staff is awesome!

We had super friendly guides and every zip was awesome! The best zip was the 1/4 mile! Can't wait to go back in the summer!!

I have to tell you that this was the most fun activity that I have had the chance to participate in a long time. Such a signature Highlands experience. Not to be missed. I would go back in a heartbeat because in all my excitement I know I missed some opportunities to see things from above and beyond. Once is not enough, I will go back again. The guides from start to finish were wonderful, on point, so engaging, kind and made us feel very safe.They took pictures that we will have for a lifetime of memories. Our family had the best time and it was such a great way to experience the outdoors in beautiful Highlands,NC and truly be apart of such a gorgeous area. We loved our family time and they made it so easy to really plug in to the outdoors.This is a top notch facility,and the course will wow you. It is amazing how they have set this up it is a feat in and of itself. The beauty that you get to experience here is something everyone coming to this great town should make time for. It was like we were their only priority that day! What a great group of fabulous people. It made the experience so much more than just zip lining and this is not your average zip line either much better and planned out for the most impact visually. I loved doing this in the winter when the leaves were off the trees. Honestly I cannot say enough about the experience the service we received and the truly unique way you get to experience the outdoors and the beauty of the mountains. We loved getting to sit by the fire and chat and share after our zipping too. SO fun and life changing REALLY! What a great day this was.

The view was amazing. The staff had the best customer service skills and helped us have a spectacular experience. We will be recommending your zip line to all our friends and family. Thank you Taylor and Josh!

Tracy and Karly are the best! They made our zip better than we ever imagined. We would recommend them as guides.

What better place to go to experience my first zip lining tour! The staff were extremely fun and friendly, and helped ease any nerves and made it a great family bonding time for all. One of the guides took Go Pro pictures and video of the lines for us to keep- it is great to relive such a great day! For the first timer and the experienced, young and young at heart (my dad is 70 and loved it)- I highly recommend this place!

Overall I had a good experience. My zip line guides/instructors were incredibly friendly and very knowledgable. Safety was obviously their priority. As far as the course most of the zip lines went through the woods with not much to see. The highlight of the course were the 2 longer lines over the valley and those 2 were very exciting. As far as value, I feel like it was a bit high for the time short time you actually spent on the zip lines. The advertised 2 and 1/2 hours include equipment fielding, fitting, initial instruction, and waiting for each member in your group to cross each line ( my buddy and I were placed into a group with 4 other people and I did feel it really slowed things down). For first time zip liners I think it's definitely worth trying, but the company should look into updating the course routes to improve the scenery or make it longer overall to enhance value.Good time with great folks

This place was truly amazing from the breathtaking views and experience, to the amazing guides we had who helped us every step of the way. We will definitely be back for more in the future!

A friend and myself went in early September, we had a blast! Our instructor was awesome, and the views are breathtaking! I think we were the youngest people there (25) everyone else was somewhere between their 40's and 60's! Our whole group had a wonderful time. I highly (puny) recomend Highlands Aerial Park for any age, and for any occasion!

My daughters and I had a blast on our visit. Due to their age, we did the beginners course but had just as good of time as we probably would have on the other courses. This is due to the excellent guides we had. They we very thorough on making sure everyone was equipped properly and understood the rules. They were a lot of fun out on the course interacting with everyone on our group. We can't wait to go back again!
