keystone historical museum

Take a stroll back down memory lane at this little museum housed in the a former Victorian School. One of the rooms is even laid out as a school room. Lots of memorabilia from the local area and every day items. The school closed in 1988. Hundreds of local photos to browse through.For those who remember the "Little House on the Prairie" written by Laura Ingalls Wilder, you will be interested to know that her sister Carrie moved to Keystone in 1911, where she remained for 36 years. The museum is open daily in summer, but not Sundays.
