My wife and I like to walk and got an annual pass to the Park. Walking trails are wide cement paths for easy walking and there are some off track trails. You can rent bicycles and some watercraft. Family and pet friendly, even have a doggie park, a playground for children and some pavilions available for picnics or parties. Also offer ranger tours for groups.

I have to say I know it takes a lot of work to put Christmas lights together, but for the cost of entry, I was truly expecting something spectacular. This was not the case. They were pretty, and it helped us keep our family Christmas Eve tradition alive. For the cost it should have included everything offered.

We tried to go see the holiday lights but waited in traffic for over an hour on Bush River Rd and never saw the lights. Terribly organization for a large event. Don't waste your gas.

Went there for a party. Very nice place, had to drive thru Christmas lights to get to it. They had a fire going for us.

We visited last year and the lights are pretty incredible. We plan to go this year. Definitely worth the drive if you do not live nearby.

I really liked the beautiful decorations. The 3D glasses made all the lights even more fun.there was not really anything I disliked that could have been controlled by the park.

My husband LOVES to come out here and fish for trout in the Saluda river. Beautiful scenery and a great place to take your dog or have a picnic! We have been here quite a few times and always enjoy it! Be careful in the river though!! The depth can go up and down quite rapidly so make sure to wear a life vest!! There is a $5 entrance fee per car as well!

Saluda Shoals Park is one of the things I miss the most about not living in Columbia. We got a year pass through a Groupon promotion, and it was definitely worth it. If you walk down the longest trail, there is a place where you can go down and cross the river to go onto an island. It was heaven for our dog, running through the water and running around the island. I have also done the tubing which was a lot of fun, and they also have a small museum, a splashpad for kids, and many picnic tables and chairs. Definitely a great place to frequent often!

Saluda Shoals Park is a wonderful place to spend the day. They offer nice picnic areas, great walking and biking trails, excellent water access for fishing, swimming, or floating and they have a nice kids water park feature. In addition to these features Saluda Shoals also host an annual Christmas Lights event where they put up millions of lights all around the park and offer a drive through experience that is well worth the money.

Attended a training session at Saluda Shoals Park. The facility is beautiful and an excellent place for a meeting. I plan on returning for a visit with the family.

We are members of Saluda Shoals after one visit. It is the perfect place for biking, walking, birding, picnics, and tubing the river, and fishing.

What a fun way to spend a hot day with your grandkids! Make sure and pack their bathing suit...you might want to, too!

This park has so much to offer: beautiful wooded walking trails, a dog park, covered picnic areas, access to the river, a water playground (Splash Pad) in the summer, best Christmas light display in the winter, a wonderful education center, a conference center for weddings or banquets. The list goes on.
