This is no more than a bricked over, unused space between the library and city hall. You could easily walk by it and see it as a bulge in the sidewalk. Seriously.

I agree that there isn't a bad seat at this venue. It's great not having to drive to Charlotte to see a band. The tickets are reasonably priced as is the alcohol compared to venues in Charlotte or Charleston.

the people were rude and there was no food. seats too high. what was the 75.00 for a long walk to a bathroom? I was VERY UPSET AND WHEN A LITTLE, AND I MEAN ALITTLE BIT of food came we were given a dinner roll with a spoonful of pork. I was very disappointed in everything except Wynonna . We should get free tickets.

Okay, so the acts aren't top notch or current, but still great. It's a great place to watch a concert and a somewhat intimate atmosphere. Not a ton of seating, but also not a bad seat in the place. I would attend again if someone I liked came to it.

Not a bad seat in the house! It is really the steps/courtyard at the government center, but it changes into a very intimate amphitheater. I highly recommend it.

Compact, intimate venue. Close up to stage. Round seating area.Ample public parking across street. After show clubs one block over. McHale's Pub with some outdoor seating.

This was a very small venue, which meant every seat in the house was good. I liked it a lot. There was a medical emergency during the opening act, and I felt like the staff handled the situation well. It was a great place to see a show, and I would definitely return in the future.

Great venue for bands- no bad seats, small enough to be close, and steep enough slope so every seat has a good view. Rain is the only potential issue, as with all outdoor venues. New facility with modern stage and very good acoustics.

Great venue. We saw Delbert McClinton. The acoustics weren't quite right. But could have been, because the area is conducive to good music.

One of our favorite performers was booked here, so we decided it was time for a road trip. We knew little about Rock Hill and had never heard of this venue, but what a great surprise!High-5's are due all around to the city fathers or the civic group responsible for this facility and events. It's a beautiful intimate outdoor facility, well terraced so that all seats have an excellent view of the stage. It is small enough that there are no bad seats, but large enough that the seating is not cramped. The event was well organized and extremely well run, with plenty of staff spread around to assist with seating and questions. Ample free parking was available close to the facility. Old Town Amphitheater is a great example of how to revitalize a downtown area.
