This is a very pretty river. The fishing for trout is good and there are many access points. Watch the salmon go upstream in the fall.

A lovely river running through some beautiful scenery, then emptying into Lake Chelan. You can kayak up the mouth of the river from Lake Chelan, but watch for all of the snags and stumps hear where the river empties into the lake. If you're there during the Kokanee run in September, the river runs red with salmon, especially up by the Harlequin Bridge.
