We live 3 miles from Snoqualmie falls and wasn't expecting much, but WOW! This is a beautiful stop and such a short walk I would recommend anyone coming through to take a short detour to visit. We had a great time practicing photography and just sitting and enjoying the falls.

When I had heard about this waterfall I had no idea that it would be this large. It was a very easy walk along the river (creek) up to the falls. A no-brainer if you in the area, spend a few minutes and check it out.

The falls are a local favorite that we always seem to take visitors. In the summer, the pool that forms at the bottom of the falls is a great place to cool off in the water. In the winter, it's fun to see the vast amount of water cascading off the top of this cliff. I use this place as a backdrop for couple photography. It's unique enough to create some wonderful shots.

Easy walk to a very pretty waterfall, with a small pool below you can jump in. Quite a few people there, but only a few swimmers, mostly we had the water to ourselves. Great place to hang out for an hour or two. Definitely worth a trip if you're in the area.

Totally worth the short drive off the beaten path! Short, trail style walk to the falls where you can climb over giant rocks and trees to get down the water. Nice little pool at the top for swimming for the braver in the bunch.

While at Multnomah falls last month, my son kept saying he wanted to swim in a waterfall. I had a memory of swimming in a waterfall so started asking relatives "where was that?" The pictures didn't look like my memory but I decided we would try it. IT WAS THE RIGHT ONE! It was incredible & my son got to swim in a waterfall.Ok, so there are no signs for this falls. Check olympicwaterfalltrail.com for details on how to get here. You simply turn on dosewallips rd off of hwy 101. The trail is short & easy but at the end you need to climb over boulders (glad my mom didn't come with us as she uses a walker). There is a small swimming hole that is marvelous. My 6'3" son touch bottom & it was about 2' over his head maybe. The rocks can be a bit slippery so water shoes would have been helpful.

A serene 5-minute walk along babbling Rocky Brook will lead you to an amazing 100 foot waterfall. This is a great trail for adults and kids of all ages, but not for wheelchairs or strollers.Good place to have a quick picnic lunch on your way around the Olympic Peninsula, or just sit a while for a refreshing break and enjoy the sounds of nature. There is no road sign for the trail. At Brinnon, turn onto the Dosewallips Road. About 3 miles further there is little bridge with a tiny "Rocky Creek" sign. Park in the wide spot just beyond the bridge. Then walk across the road, past the pump house and onto the trail.
