This casino is really fun. My fiance likes it because it has tables and I like it for that reason too! :) Lots of different machines as well. Tables never close they keep going all night! ;)

Stick to the skill games, stay away from the machines. Poker tournaments daily, but there are a lot of regulars - and they play off each other with signs, gestures and chip placements. If you read people, you can out play them - but the novice player will simply be giving money away. It's pretty sad, because it will affect the casino in the long run, when only locals show up.

Checked in to the La Rive Spa at Northquest Resort and Casino for a day of relaxation which ended being anything but relaxing. My friend made the appointments the day prior. I called the day of to change my service. I had to call four times before I even got anyone to answer. The attendant took 10 minutes to comprehend the change. This already made me feel uneasy but hey these things happen. I showed up for the appointment and was informed that I couldn't get the service I requested and could only get another typeOf service. Ok well... I really had my hopes set on the other service but ok. I go to the locker room, change, and then head to the relaxation room to wait for my massage therapist. Well the relaxation room was not a relaxation room as a large group had been allowed to form and get very drunk. They were extremly loud and carrying on. I understand that these were guests, and not the facilities fault, however why do they allow this kind of behavior? My therapist comes to get me 5 min after my service was supposed to start. She got me on the table and then spent 5-10 minutes preparing the room. Shouldn't this be done before the guest gets in there? She started my service and then said she had forgotten her oil in another room so left to get it. Should be guick right? Nope. Took another 5-10 minutes. She started up again and the massage was quit nice although I could tell it felt rushed. Then without explain action she stopped. I could hear her rustling about the room, sounded like she was cleaning some dishes, and then started cleaning the floor. She spent a good 5 minutes on these tasks and then informed me my service was over. I looked at the clock and saw that my service ended on time and there was no compensation for all the time lost.. The place was not cheap and for those rates you expect to get what you paid for: a 60 minute massage not a 40 minute massage. When I went to check out I informed the front desk attendant of my complaints. No offer of a discount or compensation. Seriously? I just paid serious cash for the shortest massage ever in a place that's far from relaxing. I don't expect much from these places but something better than what I got. I definitely will not be back and would encourage others to look for an alternate spa before wasting money at this one.

I visited the casino to try my luck with rullette, and I knew they had one in the non smoking area, but it was never open, it seems like every weekend it is closed. The slots seemed like they didn't meet state regulations on payouts. Would not recommend it.

PLACE IS A JOKE...THEY PAY OUT MONTHLY PENALTIES TO WASHINGTON STAT GAMBLING COMMISSION DUE TO THE CASINO NOT PAYING OUT ENOUGH...until this casino has competition or people quit going there they will continue to keep ripping folks of...or go take 1000$ there and see how fast you lose it there...maybe last you an hour...maybe less..I've heard rumors of them removing some face cards from their 21 shoes to increase their odds...prob do, the place doesn't like paying out ANYONE...and they gladly pay penalties to the state to not pay out...don't believe me...call the Washington state gambling commission...they will tell you...QUEST SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN...bar none

I came to gamble but I couldn't win here. And I wasn't the only one either. Lots of people were saying the same thing. After about 6 hours I had it. I never won more than a dollar the whole time. I talked to a lady at one of the places I ate and she said that her husband went through about 300.00 in an hour and that no one had been winning here in weeks.I know its gambling but.... Come on you have to win something otherwise its not fun and you wont stay as long. The staff were a little weird if you asked them a question. It was almost like they were giving out secrets or something. I asked one of the ladies where the restrooms were and she gave me a dirty look and walked away... Seriously? IDTS..... Weird.

Hotel was very nice but expensive for a casino hotel. Lobby bar was awesome as was restaurant and sports bar. Black Jack tables were high and very crowded.

We stayed at northern quest on our engagement night. When we tried to check in early, which they said we could do, the front desk agent told us that due to being over-booked and under staffed that our room wasn't ready yet. We understood and proceeded to the gaming floor to waste some time while waiting for our room. That evening while we were getting ready for dinner I used a towel to wipe my face dry then realized it had been laying on a dirty(used) tampon from the previous guest. Disgusted and horrified I called housekeeping to clean it up. That night I filed a report with management and they offered me a $25 credit towards dining. I had someone's period on my face. $25?????? The next morning I insisted on filling out a claim with the casino. Management got involved. The emt's got involved. They told me that I had better see a doctor to rule out any blood born pathogens. So I saw a doctor and filed a tort claim against the casino. The casino has now told us that we had sent the claim to the wrong person even though they gave us the contact info to send to. Now they tell us that it's been to long and we're out of luck. I understand that they have sovereign immunity and that they have waived their immunity for special tort claims such as this. What they have done is wrong and will be forced to realize the consequences of their actions. They won't even cover my doctor bills.

The rooms are top of the line and the service is exceptional. We stayed at the Northern Quest to attend an Elton John concert and they provided a shuttle to and from the concert.

Excellent. Very friendly staff and the hot tub and lounge area are so relaxing and comfortable. Great for a couples get-a-way or some girl friend time!

Great dinner at their restaurant--Maslows (sp?) Not a great place for gambling. I am a frequent visitor to Las Vegas and other Indian casinos--this one was a bust--only 9 video poker machines in the whole place, A big disappointment for me.

My wife, brother-in-law, and his wife all went to a concert at Northern Quest a while back. Concert was good, security was a little snippy. We were enjoying ourselves and having fun with the other concert goers, between all 4 of us we had drank a total of 8 beers in 3 hours of dining and football watching at Epic. Went to buy a beer to take into the show and bartender says you two have been "cut off". What the heck?? The security gal (blonde) who made this decision was no where to be found and the other security guy had no answers for us. I don't get embarrassed easily but this wasn't a pull aside and whisper in my ear. I really feel they are mistaking people being drunk for people having fun, that is a fine line to cross in an entertainment atmosphere and not good for business. Besides that incident, I have always and will continue to enjoy this great casino/entertainment spot.

I like this casino but wish they had better smoke removal system, or better yet NO SMOKING. They have good restaurants here also.

BIG PROBLEM AT NORTHERN QUEST! First I know you should never leave a machine with money in it. I was playing a penny machine and needed to use the bathroom. I had no one around to watch my machine. Thinking I'm close to it (20ft) gone only 3-4 min. When I came back my $160.00 was gone out of the machine. I found an employee and told her she got security and it all started. At first they were trying to find the person. With all the cameras I thought it would be easy. But NO. All they have was he wore purple shirt and short blond hair. They couldn't find him. How is that possible in a place where cameras are all over the place. The way the person got my money was to walk up to a redeeming machineand I guess walked out. BUT the casino couldn't tell if that's what happened. If when this person had to go to a CASHIER instead of a redeeming machine security could have stop him and get my money back. During this time EVERY PERSON helping kept saying "This happens ALL the time". If this is true why do they still have the redeeming machine. That day two other people lost thier money too. One was $50 and the other was $600. None got thier money back. Why is the casino letting this happen?

My wife and I have been loyal customers (at least 4 to 5 times a month) for past 11years. Last night was the worst time we have ever spent at Northern Quest. Machines disabled everywhere, machines that would not print out receipts, waiting up to 30 minutes to get a receipts to be paid, went to VIP and was told that my account was almost empty!? Went to the chinese restaurant for dinner - tried to use my points to pay for dinner and was told my account was blocked!? Back to VIP unblocked but they didn't know why. Two months ago I was told that I was only 2 clicks away from upgrading to the next level of my Camas Club account, now I am told it is almost empty, could not get Terry Fator show tickets. Played yesterday spent over $400.00 dollars and could not get a machine to give me points credit?!Ron Rauenzahn
