dakota drug

I made a detour to Dakota Drug when I read online that they got one of the last whirl-a-whip machines around. So that being said, I skipped the pharmacy and went straight to the soda shop counter. The place is quaint and very old fashioned and as for the whirl-a-whip, it was so good! I chose coffee ice cream. Thick and creamy and served in a very large Styrofoam cup, it was worth the road trip detour!

The pharmacists seem to really care about their customers. Nice selection of Yankee candles and gift items.

I have been in Stanley less than 4 weeks and was looking for a frame for Valentines Day to send my wife with our picture in it. The selection and price was reasonable. The advantage that I did not have to dedicate a trip to Minot and use extra gas was a definate convienience. Thank you for being there!
