willows museum

It's an okay place to visit once. Kind of musty though, and not much to look at. The rose garden is nice when its in bloom.

This building was the Carnegie library. A Carnegie library is a library built with money donated by Scottish-American businessman and philanthropist Andrew Carnegie. The Willows Carnegie library was built in 1911. There was a period in Willows when many classic buildings tragically were razed. They didn't get the library. At some point in its history the dome roof was removed. The rest of it stands and was eventually turned into a wonderful museum.
