Dear Sandy,I am very sorry to hear your neighbors could not find our farm for English High Tea. Our map, directions and phone number are on our web site. We include instructions of where to go for the tea on the receipt when reservations are made and the web site clearly states no refunds.We take reservations in advance and confirm the number of guests a week prior to an event. These are guaranteed since the caterer needs to plan according to the number of guests. We do our best to provide the best service possible to our customers, and apologize that they couldn't find us and enjoy our popular English High Tea.Sincerely,Alicia
