They have it ALL - great selection of books for every age, thinker toys for both kids & adults, terrific selection of gifty items... one-of-a-kind jewelry, cards, book bags, reading stands and lights, you-name-it... gift wrapping! and a wonderful cafe area that welcomes you to sit down and relax. They do book signings and other 'events' which involve the community.Staff here are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful with everything. They provide a Notary service, make copies (all sizes of paper) - and do a fantastic job with blueprints (plan sets) on either 18x24 or 24x36 paper! Their prices are amazing and their customer service is top-notch. Morgan Hill is so lucky to have this great locally-owned bookstore!

Booksmart is a modern take on the neighborhood bookstore. Their staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Booksmart is imbeded firmly in the Morgan Hill community and we love them.

Booksmart is a wonderful, locally owned bookstore. Booksmart carries favorite books for all ages. If a book isn't in stock, they'll order it and will call you when it arrives. Booksmart also has a great selection of toys and art supplies. Delicious ice cream is sold in the cafe area as well! Stop by to check it out and you'll find yourself returning many times. Great customer service!

fantastic book store and toys with a small ice cream counter. Have been going to this store for years with my kids and now they are grown. They will order any book you need if they don't have it.

We love Booksmart. They not only sell books and magazines, but they can order ones they don;t have. It is a small town book store, run by the friendly owners.I am plagiaizing the rest of this review because it is so well written already! BookSmart is the passion of Brad Jones and Cinda Meister, a husband and wife team. Together for many years and business people for over three decades, they have parlayed their experience in the hospitality and retail industry into a successful and enduring book and toy store business. Booksmart is in its 17th year and looking to the future as we hope to make BookSmart aregional name in Northern California. We are a 7500 sq. ft. store (MH) and a 5000 sq ft store (SJ) which fills many retail needs including; books and educational toys, greeting cards, magazines, coffee, ice cream, candy, and café food items. But the most rewarding thing is that BookSmart has become a popular 3rd place for locals. If you're traveling south of San Jose, CA, on 101 or Monterey Highway, take a few minutes to come into Morgan Hill and visit BookSmart. You can find maps, guidebooks, and history books for the area (and the rest of the world), as well as a great toy store for kids of all ages, and a lunch counter. Before traveling I always come here to stock up on books and magazines to keep any backseat occupants occupied. If you're not traveling, this is still a great bookstore - way more interesting that the megabookstores and with much friendlier and knowledgeable people running it.
