I liked the selection of brand name outlets - Bloomies and Neiman plus outlet staples like Nike and Gap and premium outlet staples like Tumi and Coach. Happy to find Lucy (premium workout/yoga wear - comparable quality to Lululemon), Kate Spade, Cole Haan and L'Occitane. VIP discount access is EASY. Just visit premiumoutlets.com and join the VIP Club. I showed my confirmation email at Guest Services for a FREE VIP coupon book. Don't dismay if you didn't plan ahead -- you can buy the book for $5. Lots of great VIP deals are worth the trouble of finding Guest Services (in the middle of mall by the restrooms. The racetrack outdoor mall layout was a nice alternative to some of the maze-like malls I have visited. The food court was conveniently located in the center of the racetrack -- a bit lacking in food choices, but I'd rather have more shopping choices and eat elsewhere. I visited at 3 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. It was not too crowded and I found parking right away. I guess I was lucky, since a lot of reviews mention the horrible parking and crowds by the busload.

We have shopped at some amazing outlet malls in California. This location is the worst I've every experienced. The parking lot is so bad that road rage happens almost every 5 minutes while trying to find parking. The parking lot is so full all around the mall that customers have to park half a mile or more away from the parking lot and walk down to the shops from off-site. When you are walking down to the shops the side walks don't exist so you may get hit by angry drivers trying to find a parking spot as well. After 45 minutes of that negative experience it only goes even further down hill when you walk to shops and customer services reps (and customers a like) are moving and talking so fast that you just loose all hope of enjoying yourself at this mall. WOW! Horrible. I don't say that often because I like to be optimistic in the life, with people and experiences.

There is absolutely NOTHING that make this outlet better or different from most of the other outlet malls. It has some big names, but that's about all.If you're looking for an exciting day out; go somewhere else.

I like shopping at the Livermore Premium Outlet Mall. You can find some really good deals there. The best hint I have is to shop on week days if you can, as weekends are packed with shoppers even on non-holiday weekends...Additionally, tour buses bring overseas shoppers to this mall, so it can get kind of crowded there at times. You can find something to suit all tastes at the Livermore Premium Outlet Mall... There are three department store outlet stores (Bloomingdales, Off Saks Fifth Avenue, & Last Call Neiman Marcus), jewelry outlet stores, clothing stores for kids, clothing stores for young adults, beauty product stores, plenty of clothing stores for men and women + athletic clothing and shoe stores, Coach Factory Store, Dooney & Bourke Factory Store, etc.I like the layout of the Livermore Premium Outlet Mall and how well it's maintained. Parking isn't usually an issue unless it is a holiday weekend. They offer valet parking!! There also seems to be adequate security staff on hand as I've seen security guards riding around on Segways in the parking lot and in the mall itself. There is a food court and other eateries around the mall itself. There are plenty of bathrooms on hand.

Has the names you are most looking for, but the prices and quality is not impressive. Is easy access from the Freeway. When busy parking is not great, always see people parking on the curbs of the surrounding streets. Again, the store names are there, but the prices are nothing to brag about, you can go to Stoneridge mall and get great deals when they have all of their sales, and most of their merchandise is current fashion.

A fairly new mall so things are still clean. But, they didn't build enough parking and if you come late on weekends or after the holidays for sales, you're out of luck. We came after Christmas and arrived around noon and drove around 45 mins and still could not find parking. They had no parking attendant to direct the traffic. We left because we didn't want to drive around and around and around anymore. There are a few upscale stores - Prada, Boss, etc. Most are the usual outlet stores you'd find - Jockey, Coach, Nike, Sketchers, Talbots, etc. The mall is still expanding as you can see construction going on further down the mall. The food court is dismal with only 6 places to eat and a Starbucks within the mall. They need to build more places to dine, otherwise, your other option is to drive to the other side of the street and eat at places in the other strip mall with places like BJ's and Hawaiian Grill Express (Hawaiian plate lunch food, similar to Ono's or L&L's chains). It is an outdoor mall so you need to dress warm during the winter months when the temperatures drop. Bathrooms are ample but you have to go thru long hallways and make turns into what feels like hidden chambers within the building.

I'm basing my review on only making purchases at the Hollister/Abercrombie & Fitch store.I've found some really great steals from $2.50 shirts to $11.99 jeans They have both winter & summer fashions in men's, women's & kid's sizes. Check out is quick, even when the line is long. My 3 girls always come out with something they like.In my opinion, it's like shopping in a much bigger clearance section of these stores you'd find in the mall, and with much better lighting & less of a headache from the perfume smell. I have walked the outlets a couple of times, they have a variety of shops, but I haven't seen them all yet. A lot of them are higher end which seems to be desired by most patrons. Definitely need a lot of time here to look at everything. You can find a listing of all the stores on their website www.premiumoutlets.com/livermore.Parking can be frustrating because of they way they have it coned just to filter you into the parking lot, but I've never spent more than a couple of minutes looking for a spot. They do offer valet parking but not sure how much. The office is hidden in the center of the outlets, near the restrooms. Here you can get a coupon book for many of the stores; if you have AAA & show them your card it's free.

the livermore premium outlets (LPO) is one of the simon properties. it is the only adequate outlet and full-size outlet mall in the East Bay; yes, there are some smaller outlet malls in the East Bay but they don't compare to LPO. depending on where you live it can be a decent drive for you. it draws shopping tourists from san francisco who definitely head to the big name stores. as others have said livermore gets hot during the summer and the parking lot can fill quickly; this also means that exiting can be time-consuming as well. LPO has a nice mix of shops and as many times as i have been there i have not stepped foot in all of them. As most of us realize much of the merchandise is specifically made for the outlet circuit but some items may be standard issue products for the retail stores that are now out-of-season or for clearance. If you know what you are looking for and/or know what you are getting then you should be happy. At the ASICS outlet you can get the previous season's running shoes for some good prices and during certain sales dates the discounts are even better. To me some of the high-end offerings are still way too expensive and it is amusing to see some of the shoppers in line at the coach store with 8 to 12 handbags in their arms. as i have a 29" waist i have purchased a decent number of pants at Calvin Klein because they have that waist size for men whereas many other shops start at 30". plus if you join the loyalty program you can often get additional percentage off your purchases. Simon also has a VIP membership that is supposed to give you additional benefits but i can't say it really gives you much. i agree with one of the reviewers regarding the food options, definitely lacking. it is worth getting up early and getting there when LPO opens because you can get a better parking spot plus the shops are not crowded. i am interested in what LPO will be adding with the expansion.

Easy to get to from the freeway, gets crowded early with parking filling up. Mostly high end supposed discount stores (still very expensive, Coach, Lauren etc). Very hot in the summer between stores on the hot cement walkways. No large name brand or for that matter any restaurants in this mall. Couple of sandwich and coffee shops in the facility. Restrooms are difficult to locate and in the center of a mall hallway.

Can be very busy and parking can be limited as we were there for the Thanksgiving weekend. Lots of designer label choices and very good bargains. Its worth checking out.

This is a nice premium outlet with many stores. Its at a good location for the Livermore area. There is also a small food court with currently six different vendors there. There are pretty outdoor areas with flowers and fountains. There is parking by the outlets. There is also a tour bus that goes from San Francisco to Livermore that will let off passengers directly at the shopping mall. More information is available on the web site.In terms of a Premium Outlet its a good one. When comparing Livermore to Gilroy, Liveremore has 130 stores; Gilroy has 145. I personally like the Gilroy Premium Outlets more, but either one would be fine to go to.

Excellent array of top design labels with excellent value for money bargains to be had. Good quality products at huge discount. If you like your design labels but on a lower budget this is the place to shop. Really recommended especially for the international tourist visiting San Francisco but will need transport and empty suitcases

I love the layout of this outlet...simple to locate all the stores and plenty of car park lots. The brands this outlet carry worth for us to drive down from San Francisco for over 50mins....can't wait to visit it again....

This Outlet Mall is about 1hr from SFO city, but worth the drive.. Variety of shops here is quite good and there is a range from your cheap stores to your more expensive Kate Spade, Coach and even Gucci. If you have only time to do 1 outlet, I would recommend Livermore over Vacaville, as the layout to this is more Mall style, so there is less area to walk and shops are all there.. Always remember to ask the store if there are further promotions, because there usually are!

I've been to 5 Premium Outlets across the US and this was my second favourite (after Woodbury Common). So many bargains and a great range of premium stores including Saks and Bloomingdales. The staff in all stores we visited were really helpful.Easy parking and an easy drive back to San Francisco. Remember to register online at premiumoutlets.com to get the additional voucher book from the Information desk. (You don't need to take a printed copy - just take a screen dump of the voucher to the information desk.)Some stores add the additional coupon discount on top of their best price (eg Michael Kors) but others don't (eg Hugo Boss) so it pays to check. We also purchased the breast cancer voucher book for $10 - it saved us $24 in the first store!
