davis municipal golf course

Go see this Davis CA muni course. Mostly straight away golf. Great greens! Long hitters must use Blue tees and leave driver in the bag because there's lots of mature trees around the greens. Only 1 par 5, Hole 7 can be tricky depending on flag placement and wind. Great place for beginners, please know when to pick up, drop a ball, and keep up. I meet travelers there all the time who rave about this course in the end. Great for kids.

I have been playing here for over 10 years. Great for people starting out, for kids, and for the average golfer. Staff is super-friendly. Green fees are extremely reasonable. Nice snack bar.
