It is an Indian Casino. Can't really say more than that. I know better than to go into an Indian Casino. Never win and have to pay for water. All in all it was a clean and cute place.

This is a small, cramped, musty, noisy, smelly casino whose main draw is gasoline a few cents cheaper than the surrounding places (on 395 between Reno and LA, that is a big draw.) The bathrooms are dismal!

This is a small casino in Bishop. Its a place to go for some night life in Bishop. Its staff is friendy. They have a restaurant that offers prime rib specials on Friday and Saturday night. We have stopped by, but generally just stay an hour or two (depends if we are dining).

I was with relatives who gamble (I don't) and I was driving so I ended up in this run of the mill casino. Boring. One day, some tribe will get the smarts, ban smoking, and laugh all the way to the bank.

A smallish casino but at times, who knows when, you can win big here. The staff is friendly but the guy at the door looks so bored with his job that I would dump him if I ran the place. Doesn't even look at you when you enter he just sits at an elevated desk holding his head up with both hands. Real classless act is the first thing you see when you walk in.

Small, friendly, home town atmosphere, not too smokey. Didn't win a lot, but oh well, isn't what casinos are all about?

For a good meal at a good price, this is one of best places to go to in Bishop, CA. They have a good variety on the menu. Get a player's card, even if you don't gamble so you can a discount on your breakfast meal. Unfortunately there is cigarette smoke in the casino area.

A small run-down casino. Forget eating here. If you love the slots, this is the only place in Bishop.

Actually hit 4 of a kind. Lots of penny slot machines and nickel machines. Cocktail service, restaurant and lounge. Only stayed an hour. That was enough

New casino and restaurant, pleasant place. Food and service average, but the price is right. You seat yourself, noise from the casino is not too intrusive, of course they want you to hear the payouts in the casino to entice you to drop some money - nothing wrong with that!

As very committed non-smokers (but lovers of slot machines), we had to give Paiute Palace a go as we were in Bishop for the night anyway. We normally frequent Strip casinos in Vegas where the smoking is hardly an issue so it was with a little bit of trepidation that we entered PP. smoke wasn't an issue for us at all so I guess we picked a good night. Casino was relatively busy. Small, not a massive variety of machines to play but we came out ahead, had a great night. Staff were great, didn't eat in the cafe though.

Machines don't pay well at all. The Casino is very smokey. The food used to be very good...not the case anymore.

I regular casinos. This was my first time in Paiute Palace. My husband and I signed up for the Players Club. I played the Buffalo slot (pretty much the only game I play at any casino). I noticed compared to other casinos, this one payed significantly less. What I mean is on a $2 bet on Buffalo, if you get 2 buffalo's in a row, the payout is $2.50. Here on the exact same bet, payout was only .50. Also, my husband did not get to use $15 of his free play due to their system going down. I probably won't play here again. The staff however was nice, friendly and very apologetic to the situation. We were offered a free meal however we did not get the time to stop back in to take them up on the offer.
