We happened by this place as we were driving our son to a youth activity. We decided to stop by while we were waiting for him. We shared a bottle of Wild Colleen. It was so good. They have a fireplace in the tasting room that we were lucky enough to get to sit by. Stop by and enjoy it :)

My husband and I decided to start celebrating our 30th anniversary with a trip to Deer Springs Winery. We made the right decision. We were the first ones there that afternoon. The staff was absolutely delightful in helping us make the choices for our tasting. $5 for 5 tastes--good deal. She explained about the grapes in each wine, which we didn't understand but it was nice to hear. We loved the grounds!! Picnic tables, gazebo, 3 fire pits with intimate seating arrangements--very comfortable and pretty. Lots of trees surrounding the property. The building was an original homestead from the 1800's, fixed up and decorated to look very classy. And the wine--delicious! We liked the first one the best, and of course we had to buy one to bring one. We will definitely be back!

Great place to go and listen to some live music while drinking wine! You can take your own chairs and snacks but must buy alcohol there. For those red wine drinkers, like myself, there are only 1-2 options in the dry category but still worth it!

We live in Omaha, but wanted to visit a couple of familiar wineries near Lincoln. This was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. The have a nice sitting area, inside and outside, and we found their wines suited our tastes. It is a little bit tricky to get to, but we will certainly be back again.

Wife was working in Lincoln so we tried a few wineries in the area and this was the best of them. We grabbed some balsamic burgers from Greta's and ate them with the St Croix and it was the perfect paring. The girls played with the dog as a band played. Nice grounds. Drinking the Marquette with a fatty steak right now

Deer Springs Winery is just on the northeast edge of Lincoln, Nebraska in a beautiful rural setting. The tasting area is quaint and welcoming, with knowledgeable service. The wine selection is outstanding. We can't wait to go back this summer for the Firefly Festival in July with outdoor music.
