Howdy Joan!Glad you liked the S'mores! We should mention that Buck is very proud that (barring the occasional Murphy's Law) we use Buck's homemade cookies for the S'mores. It should also be noted that they are so good we keep them under lock and key. :)Your Cowboy Trail Rides Crew

Howdy Peter! We agree that our website could use a fresh coat of paint. That's why we are in the process of redesigning the interface. However, while our look may be a bit outdated we've always prided ourselves that our site is content driven. Our home page has a video and pictures that give you an immediate idea of the trails you'll ride. At the top of the Home page are links to the rides we offer where people will find descriptions, lengths of time, and pricing for the rides. It may not look pretty to everyone, but people would be hard pressed to visit our site and not find the information they are looking for... easily.Having said that, we're glad you found us online, and booked your horseback adventure. If you're ever in the area again we hope you'll rejoin us.Your Cowboy Trail Rides Crew

Howdy Millie! We're glad you found us, and glad you had such a great time. Most of all we're glad you mentioned our shuttle bus driver Darlene. She's an excellent driver with a great personality, and she is just chockfull of interesting facts. She's another aspect of our service that makes your adventure just that much better.Your Cowboy Trail Rides Crew

Howdy Pokey! Thanks for joining us, and thanks for the great review. Because we are a small family owned/run operation we try our best to make sure every aspect of our adventures is as perfect as possible. It's always a joy for us when people let us know we succeeded.Your Cowboy Trail Rides Crew

Howdy Meredith! Thanks for joining us, and thanks for the kind words. While we are extremely proud of our WOW ride we don't really mention it often. On our web site we make a point of letting people know this ride is not for everyone. It's a lot of time in the saddle, portions of the trail are challenging, and much of the trail is in the backcountry where you have no contact with society. Of course, for some of us, those are the highlights of the ride, not the negatives. Until next year...Your Cowboy Trail Rides Crew

Howdy Jodie! Thanks for joining us for the Sunset BBQ Ride. We're thrilled you had a great time. We're also glad you found the value in this adventure. With one of the best steak dinners in Las Vegas as well as a Cowboy horseback ride, Cowboy entertainment, and S'mores around the campfire under the stars we think this ranks pretty high on the list of 'Dinner and a show' experiences in Las Vegas. Yet, the cost is less than a comparable night out on The Strip. (and we provide transportation)We look forward to your next visit.Your Cowboy Trail Rides Crew
  • Rachael2011
Howdy Rachael!First, let us sincerely apologize for not fully preparing you for the weather conditions the night of your ride. While we endeavor to bring our guests the best of experiences, on all levels, we occasionally have missteps. On this occasion, we failed. No excuses! We hope we have an opportunity to serve you again in the future. We'd like to take this opportunity to advise other future guests that the weather in Las Vegas is not as constant as you might think. From week to week, day to day, even hour to hour it can change without warning. It's not uncommon in Las Vegas to be standing under your umbrella in the pouring rain watching a local weatherman on the television in a store window telling you it's warm and sunny out. If you visit us, or any other outdoor vendor near Las Vegas, be sure to dress in layers. You can always take cloths off if you get warm, but if you don't have them to put on when it's cold it can detract from your adventure.Again Rachael, we apologize, and hope to see you again in the future.Your Cowboy Trail Rides Crew

Howdy Gary!We had so much fun on Valentine's Day weekend. All of you who participated were so much fun to be with. We're glad you were there to share the adventure with us. We particularly enjoy sharing the adventure with first time riders. As people flip through the reviews here they will see that many of our guests are first time riders or have had limited experience horseback riding. Yet, they all find the experience to be enjoyable. That's because, as you pointed out, we have many well-trained, well-mannered horses with different personalities we can match up with the various riders. And with a knowledgeable and friendly staff to watch over you you're in safe hands with us.As to the liability waiver, it's required by the insurance company. Nothing we can do about that. You'll still have to fill one out next time. ;)Your Cowboy Trail Rides Crew

My wedding anniversary is in March and they were willing to let us apply the Valentine's Day Special to our anniversary. Having Valentine's Day so close to your anniversary can go a little deep into ones pocket. So I really appreciated their willingness to work with me.

Howdy Cyndi!Glad you enjoyed the ride!I have to commiserate with you regarding the jackets. Unfortunately for me, the jacket doesn't come in my size either. ;) We're working on making the merchandise available online at our web site. Check there every so often to see if you can find the jacket there in your size.Your Cowboy Trail Rides Crew
