The greeting was cold and harsh from the out-of-the-way entrance off the riverwalk to the "bartender will handle payouts" sign at the cashier window. There is not much here- a few slots and a few pool tables. Locals look at you like you are the exec walking into a biker bar. I hate to say that it is not worth your time, but seriously, this stop is not worth your time (unless you live here- then you will be welcomed).

You have to buy your drinks there, all the casinos comp the drinks. they do have free Wi-Fi. the place could be cleaner also.

VERY small casino with probably less that 50 slots, and 3 tables. Casino floor has 2 pool tables in the middle of the area. Only accessible by elevator through the gift shop from the river. NOT worth seeing.

I grew up in Laughlin, then moved away. I came back for a visit, and saw that the Regency is still there. Sweet! Now I'm actually old enough to go and play those slots that I got kicked off of by security when I was < 21. I sat at the bar and played video poker. Shannon was the bartender, and she is an absolute sweetheart, telling me of some of the local lore and what's going on at the Regency. I was really happy to see that they are still there, even though "corporate" casinos seem to rule Casino Row. The slots are a lot looser there than any of the other places we went.

We were sitting having a drink at the bar when we were asked to leave so the bar staffs friends could sit and play the machines and have free drinks, we paid for our drinks. We stop there when ever we are in Laughlin. But no more they were rude. One of the customers were rubbing another ones bum we really didn't want to see that. Maybe they need to have bar rescue or they need to hire better safe

I'd love to come back.. Must be a local hangout for regulars. Thought it was a Chinese restaurant from outside but got inside and was pleasantly surprised..Clean and fun..Don't miss this gem..

Went during the week, and were delighted to learn that it was burgers half-price day! Burgers and fries were hot and fresh, made to order. Would have been worth it even without the special. Older appearing and much smaller than the other casinos, you certainly don't go for the atmosphere. Almost kind of dingy, but everything seemed to be clean. Good service, very good food, and great prices! Will go there again.

It's like "Cheers" on the River! So friendly! Even if I didn't win (which I did), The employees and patrons were enough to keep me coming back.

If you are looking for a great "dive" casino in Laughlin. This is the place. Lots of "locals". Very small casino. Drink prices used to be a lot lower. A band was playing on a Sat night. Very slow. I've heard the food is good. Never tried it. I did mention dive!

How this place survives is a mystery to me. We went there to have all you can eat fish, and it wasn't bad. They only have a handful of slot machines, but the place is located on the Colorado River front. If you want to gamble, there are larger and more interesting places. Their food seems to be the best part of the Regency

They used to have really good "shot" deals but not anymore. Fun small local bar with slot machines. We always make time to stop in and support the little place. We call if the Cow Bar. Used to have a cow out front on the walkway.

This is a good place for breakfast while on the River Walk. They had a store on ground floor next to the River Walk where you can buy gifts and drinks.

They offer food specials at different times of the week. Very good food and very friendly staff. Usually eat here a couple of times whenever we make a trip to Laughlin.

The Regency is probably the smallest bar in Laughlin, but it is a great place to escape the constant noise of the casinos. As soon as we check into our hotel, we head for the Regency. The drinks--even top shelf liquors--are reasonably priced. The slot machines are somewhat "vintage" but if you want to play, you can. If you want to play pool or just sit, you can do that, too. On Saturday nights you can usually listen to a local band--no cover charge. The interior could certainly use an update, but the staff is wonderful and the beer is cold.

Sometimes you just want to hang out and throw back a few inexpensive drinks. This is absolutely the right spot to do that. Extraordinary happy hour specials and a very attentive staff. They also offer low-ball nickle Keno, for cheapskates like myself. I look forward to returning in July.
