This was the average casino. A bit dated aren't they all in Laughlin? People are friendly, slots do not hit. Take the water taxi and walk the riverwalk to get here.

Gave it a try our first time in town while casino hopping. Laughlin is a much friendlier place than Vegas is nowadays. Good atmosphere for gaming as the excitement level here is sure to please. Service is great from the valet to the cocktail waitresses. Nice selection of slots, and I am particular. Although we didn't eat here, they do have many dining options. Be sure to stop, if in town. We certainly look forward to our next trip here. Good location, too!

Edgewater has a very nice selection of machines. I mostly play video poker. They have a lot of progressives, even on nickel machines. For a change of pace I play them while I wait for the wife to wake up. The drink servers are friendly and efficient, even at 5 or 6 in the morning.

I'm impressed with the whole motel staff, and modern room. The place is awesome, and has a very nice pool area, and many good eateries. They have done a great job of keeping things up to date.

We don't visit the Edgewater much anymore, mostly because the casino is dated and not well maintained. The tables are old, the dealers try to make it fun but I think they know they are working in a hole. The rooms are not bad here, if you can get in the tower facing the river. They were upgraded a year or so ago and are very comfortable. The restaurants here a below average, don't go to the buffet...we've never had a positive experience here. They do have some nice concerts and shows from time to time in the 'E center' right out back, which is essentially a huge circus tent. The slot machines are ok here but with everything else this place barely rates an average rating.

Found if you lost money that if you just stuck with it and played some more you would at the very least get your investment back - i got lucky and hit several hundred dollar jackpots but should have stuck with the machine that gave me $500 as a couple minutes after i walked away the guy hit the $1400 jackpot on the machine

A little of everything, machines, and live poker, blackjack, craps tables or roulette. Plenty of places to eat. Small gift shop if you need anything, it's mostly there.

Went for a visit and played a bit at the casino. Atmosphere was average. Had the buffet and that, too, was average.

THIS PLACE IS A THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT! From the moment I arrived I was treated horrible. I was assaulted by they're security people and 86'd from the property for merly complaining about the horrible service they provided. THE STAFF WAS RACIEST AND PREJEDICE FROM THE MOMENT I ARRIVED.

From beginning to departure, the Staff @ the Edgewater either had it going on or got it going on!I never stayed there before, yet will probably not look for another place to camp out at.I'm the type that believes in keeping what I have and treating it respect and loyalty.Edgewater fits in with my views perfectly!

We not only saw the Temptations in the tent adjacent to the casino but also Tim McGraw in the amphitheater across the street. i went to will call inside the Edgewater. It was easy to find and the gentleman who printed the tickets was kind, informative and the process was easy.I like the music the Edgewater brings in. We've gambled a couple of times in the casino but are not much on gambling so I can't comment.

I love the bar that overlooks the river. Fun place to hang out with friends. Tables and slots are pretty good and not to tight. Friendly staff and dealers are all very engaging. Great times. Rooms are clean but nothing special.

Gaming is the same as found at other properties...pretty poor. Very little winning going on. We found all the machines we'd tried pretty poor and pathetic. We like Video Poker but the machines have gotten so bad that playing quarters is too costly because you just hit even 4 of a kind so rarely. Very sad.

Was, to us, the best place to eat since the food was really good, the staff pretty friendly and the prices reasonable. Of course NV has horrendous taxes so nowhere is cheap. Remember the old days of $1.99 breakfast buffets? Yeah, me too but they are just a thing of the past.
