I took one of the night tours that they had. These animals are well cared for and healthy. The caretakers are knowledgeable and eager to answer all questions. My employer adopts the animals and supports them highly. My faith in human nature is restored to see that these folks care for and love the animals so much. Well worth the drive to see this and take a tour. You can even volunteer for them and support them by using the Amazon Smile wish list they have. Or go to Razoo and donate.

If you love animals, particularly big cats, or are into photography, this is a must see! The owners and staff are phenominal at educating you about eat animal and it's history. I've been several times and it's always well worth the trip!Put it on your bucket list!

This is no "zoo" like you have ever known before. They are angels to these animals. They give them huge enclosures and lots of enrichment. It makes my heart feel good to know how well these animals are taken care of, especially since many of them have not had such a good life to begin with. Safe Haven is a gorgeous place. They have many acres surrounded by beautiful and majestic mountains. Wide open spaces at it's best. If you ever make it to Nevada, take the time and go visit them. You will not regret it.

safe haven rescue zoo is an awesome place to go visit. They are so good at educating you about animals, how animals are treated in captivity, and what they're doing to try and save the animals. They have lots of cool animals to see and the tour is very fun and informative. I have been there many times when they have fundraisers, just when I wanted to visit with friends and I have taken my class there for field trips. This is well worth the time and they just ask for donations if you can help them out. This is a great place doing awesome work.also, if you ever get a chance to do one of their moonlit two hours I highly suggest it. Those are very fun, lots of the animals are out and if you're lucky they might get a little loud. :)
