Nice side trip if visiting in the OKC Yukon area. The barn is not typical for this part of the country and is interesting. However, the highlight is the Clydesdales. Magnificent horses.

Can't think of anything I didn't like. It was wonderful to see the HUGE horses and also lots of fu. To see the little zoo out back.

If you are in the area of this place you need to stop in. The horses are so beautiful and they will let you get really close to these gentle giants. You will be glad you visited the Express Clydesdales facility. The restored barn is interesting in itself.

if you are looking for a free activity for kids, this one is different. These elegant horses are huge and beautifully housed in an amazing barn. Each horse has his name on his stall, and it's easy to view them up close. My grandson was quite interested in the dogs there as well. The carriages for the Clydesdale are on display. There is an upstairs to get a pleasant view. This spacious, open area may be rented to have parties, although I don't think air conditioning is available. On occasion, there are employees to share information about Clydesdale history, although that was not the case on my recent visit. Photography is ok; we once took a photo at Christmas with the horses for our cards, as the lights are quite nice. You may roam at your leisure, but the barn closes at 5.

My 9 year old daughter loves for us to stop here and see the horses when we are in the area. Its very nice walking through the barn.

This is an all around fun ranch to hang out at with kids of all ages, young, and young at heart. You are free to roam at your leisure, or pre plan an info tour. We even were able to park close enough in which to wheel a horse loving family member's wheel chair around. It is a free activity on the outskirts of Garth Brook's birthplace of Yukon Oklahoma, (the road leading out of town runs right into the stable's drive way parking lot,) and a fun activity to do with anyone near plenty of shopping and eateries back in Yukon's more modern areas, or even in the older heart of town off of Rt. 66. We enjoyed marveling at and interacting with the larger than life specialty draft horses who pull the Express Company's parade carriages in events far and wide; the surrounding objet d' artes such as a retro horse drawn carriage or two; the Zebra (who supposedly bites, but he welcomed our attention and back rub,)and other various farm animal life; the loft upstairs perfect for a party or wedding reception, as well as the friendly dog mascots who first greeted us at the door. Great semi-out door experience.

It is out of the way and rather hard to find. We had to stop to ask if we were on the right road. Signs would be great. However, it was worth the drive. The black Clydesdales are unique and so nice to see up close. Parking is close and they are free to see. Each stall has the horse's name on it. They are kept in a clean, open barn. The gift shop is a bit pricey. It would have been awesome if someone was there to talk about the events they go to. The one who was there was busy working with "Nick".

We took our grandkids to see the horses. The barn is not large, but open to the public. You can walk around and look at a horse in just about every stall. Almost all of the horses were within reach of the stall front so the kids could pet them as the horse munched hay. We saw one of the horses get a bath. Several dogs and a couple of lounging about. Does not take long to look around but it seemed that we could stay as long as we wanted to stay. T-shirts are a tad pricey, though.

First off, this place is amazing and free to experience! You walk up to the barn and get to see about a dozen beautiful Clydesdales with a black coat. They are simply stunning!! The gift shop is small but had all that you would ever want. Cute shirts, magnets, and horse shoes actually worn by the horses. We were there when the horses were being shod and it was fun to see. Petting the horses was so fun. They are so gentle and friendly. And you might even get one that blows breathe on your back. They are fun. Outside you can pet a zebra! So much fun. The grounds are simply magnificent. Talk about your money. The place is huge and we'll taken care of, and has its history. Well worth the drive. I can see why people have weddings and get togethers here. Must stop by if you are in the area!

Visited with cousins in Reunion. Our time in Oklahoma was very enjoyable. The countrysides are so green and the red ground makes a beautiful combination. The whole farm is very well kept and wonderful to visit.

The kids were fascinated by the size of the horses! The horses were calm (even when the girls would scream), sweet, and loved the attention! We even got to watch them shoe a clydesdale. The barn was clean and didn't smell. I would, however, love to see the gift shop add a few more items (glasses, horse/barn/farm toys, etc). We have friends in the area so this place will become a tradition to visit!!

We had our daughters birthday party here yr or 2 ago! If your child loves horses, this is the best place ever to have their party!!! They get a chance to pet the gentle giants and even go for a carriage ride!! The employees are very informative and will answer all questions!! They provided a cake and supplies for a fee. Party was upstairs in loft, so a little hard to access for handicapped. Have a petting zoo outside. Small gift shop. Overall it was a really cool place to see!! My daughter loved it!!!!

Great place to bring kids. It's a working ranch located just north of I-40 in Yukon, OK. The barn has been beautiful refinished and has a large open second story where weddings, receptions, parties, etc. can be held. The Clydesdales are beautiful and easily accessible. They also have miniature horses and a zebra! They are closed on Mondays.

My dad and I went to see the Clydesdales. I was lucky that they were there and not out at a function. You can stand right next to their stall and pet them. They are so big! I would go back again.
