dobson museum

This is a great museum about native heritage, and it's free! You are able to give donations and this museum deserves it because it has two floors full of artifacts and information. It's great for all ages !

Museum holds local county history including Mining, Agriculture, Route 66, Coleman Theatre, Spartan School of Aeronautics, B.F. Goodrich Tire Plant 1946-1986 in Miami, Native American Tribes, Mickey Mantle, Charles Banks Wilson and a variety of other exhibits. A great stop for families, class reunions, or just looking for something to do on a Sunday afternoon. The museum also holds a large photographic and negative collection from area photographers. The museum also has the historic Dobson Home on A Street open for special events and tours. I would recommend this museum to anyone looking for something to do while in Miami, Oklahoma.
