This is a beautiful park. The view is great and it was so quiet and peaceful out there. It is great place to take the whole family.

There were 6 of us at the Fort Cobb State Park. We rented a pontoon boat from Sunset Cove Marina. The owners Bob and Donell Davis were wonderful, kind, and provided a wonderful Sunday. The park host provided great information and was kind. The entire stay was wonderful. Highly recommend a stay at this Park. The chicken and hamburgers were wonderful at the Marina too.

We pulled into the White Catfish Cove camping area expecting to see a few others here to enjoy the 4th of July and were lucky to get the last campsite with water and power. It is no wonder because this is an ideal place to get away with your kids. The cove is hallow enough that our 3 yr old grandson could wade out almost 50 yards into the cove and still touch bottom while our 10 yr old granddaughter swam until she was water logged. The campsites are clean and well arranged with enough space for extra tents and there are fire rings and grills next to the tables. Not having full hookups makes you conservative on water use. The bath houses could use some attention but considering how busy this place is I understand. Come with your family and enjoy what nature has to offer. The other campers are friendly and no one really gets too excited about anything. Kick back and enjoy.

We went camping at Fort Cobb with some friends and our three-year-old son. It was his first camping adventure and he had a blast. We went on several nature walks and the wild flowers are so beautiful. There are plenty of camp sites and the people at the neighboring camp sites were very friendly.
