The La Stone massage by Jen is ten times better than any hot stone massage I have ever had. La Stone is a combination of massage, energy work and relaxation, and Jen is very skilled. I was on retreat at nearby Lial Renewal Center (which I also recommend) and this massage was a great way to take me away from ordinary life and put me in the right frame of mind for retreat. I highly recommend.
