My husband and I stopped here on a Saturday afternoon. The staff was very welcoming. The wine was good. Very nice fire to relax in front of. Would definitely revisit this winery.

Great entertainment scheduled and selection of wines is very good. Nice gift shop area. Easy access to the winery and it is very close to many other wineries in the area.

The food is good and the wine is good. They have entertainment and a nice dance floor. The winery is fairly new in the last five years.

We were on the Tannenbaum Wine Trail and had been looking forward to returning to Spring Hill, as we have been here before. It's a welcoming place- their tasting room is spacious, with plenty of seating, yet with a warm, cozy ambiance. They have a broad selection of wines with something for every taste. The food is good and live music is offered on weekends. All around, this a very good wine destination... whether you'd like a tasting bar experience with a knowledgeable wine server, a place to buy a favorite bottle/case or to plan to settle in for a relaxing afternoon or evening out.

We stopped at this winery on our trip to Geneva this fall as one of the first places we visited because it was close to where we stayed. They have a very cute gift shop, lots of wines to choose from, and delicious wine slushies. While we were there, we learned we could come back the next evening for live music so we made a reservation. It was a fun atmosphere but very very busy so the service was a bit slow. The food we ordered was good, and we would definitely go back on a less busy day.

Good cheese and meat plate to sample with wines. Like the idea of a wine sampler at a reasonable price. However, we only liked 1 wine. Elegant place with plenty of room for seating, but getting staff at the wine bar to help us was difficulty. Everyone just crowed around and hoped someone notices you.

Love the outside sitting & of course the wine is very good! The ombience is nice inside with foods like pizza, salads & light foods to eat!

This little stop on the trail was a surprise. When I saw all the tables and food in cases and menus I figured it was more of a restaurant, but boy was I wrong!! After the tasting I decided I liked every wine I sampled, which was a first. We chose a bottle and sat outside. Nice patio and decent scenery, although it would have been just as nice inside. They also have a great gift shop with a lot of unique items. Took 2 bottles home from this little gem! STOP HERE!!!

Loved this place! Did the winery tour from the Lodge and this was a stop! Love that they have cornhole outside by the pond! They also make the absolute best WINE SLUSHIES! Very big hit bc it was pushing 90 degrees the day we visited. Staff were very accommodating and friendly! Def must stop!! Also, have a beautiful selection of preserves and jams!

We stopped here on a trip to Ashtabula County. Wish we would have arrived a little earlier - it was a nice winery & it was about closing time. They were very gracious and did not rush us through our tasting. Found some wine we loved & took bottles home! I;'d like to go back on the evening they have entertainment,

Very disappointed. Nice place but sat at a dirty table, after 20 minutes no service so we left. Tables were not even half full, wait staff seem flustered for the minimal customers that were there.

location was ok husband and i had each a sampler tray he loves his reds i love my whites sweet fruity i also had dessert a piece of there wine cake which was amazing and there wine was also good

This is a very pleasant to visit and enjoy their wines. I recommend white wines. There is nice outside tables and great place for picnic.

The winery you are describing is South River Vineyards and not The Winery at Spring Hill. If you visit us I hope you have a better experience.

We had a great visit and wine tasting! Tom was very hospitable and helpful! The music was great, and free wi fi! What could be better?
