Went for the Cabin Fever Reliever. Was greeted fantastically by Kendra. Enjoyed a Swedish Massage which was heavenly and very attentive. Also received very good and effective cleansing and moisturizing facial (which normally comes first in a spa since it is not always relaxing) and then was let down by completely lackluster nail services. Not holding against the girl that did "bite" my finger with the trimmer and left most of my cuticles uncut...The package didn't even include an upgraded Spa Mani/Pedi but the most basic option. For a few hundred dollar package, a certainly wouldn't hope they wouldn't begrudge me some scented water, an exfoliation and whatever else the difference is.In addition, there is NO GEL polish available! Not only does it take forever to dry your nails under the antiquated cold blowers they use (especially if you are getting back into snow boots and gloves!) but just a day after services my paws already looked marred.C'mon we gals usually pay for mani/pedi services $35, you get $80 for a basic and $105 for a "Spa." At the very least I expect to walk around with polish on my hands for a couple weeks after that!Bottom line, go into town to get your nails done, there is nothing spectacular about the spa's nail treatments. If you are seeking body work, a facial or an exfoliation these are likely good purchases here. UP YOUR GAME DAY SPA AT STRATTON, WE EXPECT MORE.
